Should homework be banned? Or do they somehow benefit us? What is your opinion?

I hate homework and I think it should be banned, it’s slowly deteriorating my mental health

It should definitely be banned. I have other things that I have to do after school and it's too much to worry about :(

I don't think that homework should be banned necessarily, but teachers should give you time to do it in class.

Yeah, they shouldn't be banned but teachers should give less homework.

I think that homework should be banned. teachers should be able to teach us well enough that we dont have to do it in our spare time. of course, I'm fine with science and maths homework because I want to be a scientist, but other than that- no thanks haha

here's how I view it: homework, in general right now, is very ineffective because people just cheat/don't actually learn the material/just try to pass, etc. we shouldn't ban homework, but instead restructure it for students so that it can be more effective.

Same! I'm okay with maths, science and a few other homework. I too want to be a scientist or else sth connected to science and maths. Homework really helps us to be in touch with our studies but they shouldn't give us much.

If you do write an argument, you should share that with us. We'd definitely love it.

As you all said, homework could really help with some subjects like science and maths because all we need is practice. We can excel in science and maths only if we practice. So I think it's good to have homework on those subjects!
