I started reading Stranger Than Truth
. It is a mystery first published in the 1940s. So far I am really enjoying it. I read the first 50 pages and maybe I will be able to read a little bit more to night in bed.
Currently Reading: The Last Hours by Minette Walters, a historical fiction based in 1348 England during The Black Death. I'm at page 76 and enjoying the story a lot more than I thought I would. I'll be reading more later, before bed and might dedicate tomorrow to reading.
Kimberly wrote: "Got over 2 hours read/listened of my audiobook, The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle"Loved that book!
I read a total of 25 pages of I Will Be OkayAlso listened to the whole of The Case of the Missing Marquess which was not on my tbr but I just needed a audiobook last night
So, far the only reading I have done was on 1/11/2021 and a little bit past 12.During those couple of hours, I was able to read a total of 181 pages.
24 pages of Odd Birds by Ian Harding and 157 pages of Piece of Work by Staci Hart.
I am hoping to finish off Piece of Work by Staci Hart right now, but we will see how that goes.
Yesterday (Tuesday) I got a little bit more read but not as much as I would like. 110 pages read of I Will Be Okay
Yesterday i read 85 pages of Τα Δάκρυα Του Θεού – Πολεμιστής Γρύπας and now i am on page 108. I hope i ll be able to make some more progress today :/
I finished my first book Stranger Than Truth
. I am surprise how much I enjoyed it. I think I will read Nebelnacht by Heiner Rank next. I couldnt find it on goodreads so I guess I have to add it later. I think it is another old mystery like the one I just finished only this time by an author from Germany.
I only read 52 pages yesterday but a lot of fanfics. Will be finishing I Will Be Okay today.
At least I hope so. It's my husbands birthday and he has not yet chosen what he wants to do today (not many option in a lock down)
11/13/2021I have read 184 pages of Odd Birds by Ian Harding. And since it is only 12:30am, I think I am going to continue reading Odd Birds, so that I can hopefully finish it before I go to sleep.
Yesterday I finished I Will Be Okaystarted and finished Teddy Spenser Isn't Looking for Love
Started That Feeling When
Kinda stuck on audiobooks and ebooks this week as my vision is just not awesome this week.
I've just finished Contagion by Erin Bowman and OMG that was so excited , tense and amazing. I love Sci-fi.
Hello everyone! I just finished Τα Δάκρυα Του Θεού – Πολεμιστής Γρύπας
This one was sent to me by the author in order to write a review! eventually, i gave it 3 out of 5 stars!
It is actually the first book i finish for this week's challenge!
11/14/2021I finished the book Odd Birds today. So, of this book reading 51 pages.
I started Cleopatra's Daughter by Michelle Moran and read 87 pages of this book.
Also, I started Come For Me, Darling by Alexis Anne and read about 51 pages of this book as well.
I finished audible book, called Coming Out Party.
In total, I read 189 pages.
The last couple of days I haven't read a lot. Maybe 20 pages of Nebelnacht
. I have some problems with the writing. Instead I listend to some short stories. Maybe I will be able to power through my mystery over the weekend.
I got a little reading done yesterday so far I've read 133 pages of That Feeling When
I started And Then I Turned Into a Mermaid
I think I will start The Lightness of Hands which is not really underhyped but I feel like I havent seen that many people talk about it
i didn't read anything yesterday so i didn't manage to finish gardens of the moon but i read ~ 535 pages
hello there! today i completed the second book that i was hoping to read during this week. It is called Λιτανεία του χρόνου and i really really enjoyed it :)
1/15/2021I read about 16 pages of Come For me, Darling.
And I read 209 pages of Cleopatra's Daughter by Michelle Moran.
In total, I read 225 pages. So far, this has been my best reading day.
I got a bit more reading done today160 pages of The Lightness of Hands (story is kinda stressing me the freak out I really need a comfort read after this)
50 more pages of That Feeling When really enjoying but it is a bit slow moving.
Finished And Then I Turned Into a Mermaid which I would probably have loved as a preteen but as an adult I was so obviously not the target audience and I wont be continuing with the next book.
I finished Nebelnacht. I am so glad that this is over. I thought about dnfing the book a couple of times. I didn't care for the mystery and I really disliked the characters and the writing ... Let's just say I was not a fan. Why did I read the whole Thing?
Was hoping to finish both my books today just lazing around but I got called into work so probably wont finish them.. Have less than half of both though. My commute is kinda long so maybe?
I am wrapping up my reading week, I still have a couple of hours left but I feel like watching a movie tonight. I read two mysteries this week. Stranger Than Truth: Was a quick read that I really enjoyed
Nebelnacht: Was a short book but I thought it would never end.
I listend to 3 short stories
How It Happened
The Adventure of the Two Collaborators
The Well
My favourite of the 3 was The Adventure of the Two Collaboratorsn by JM. Barrie.
