Hatfield Public Library Book Club discussion

I am only about 1/2 way through it, but snow days are good for reading, so I anticipate finishing by tomorrow night. I just wanted to put this question out there to those of you who also read some YA. I keep thinking that it would be better written more in the YA style than it is now, with a more adult audience in mind. My opinion might change as I get closer to the end, but I have had to remind myself a few times that the spine label doesn't say TEEN. What do other people think?
