That doesn't seem like a good sign. You COULD call the non emergency line? Those situations are always really hard to handle.

That is definitely an issue. I would say for now do nothing. It may seem harsh but 1. you can still observe them 2. you don't want to get in trouble 3. you don't want someone else to get in trouble for something they aren't doing. If you are more certain you could maybe get an adult involved (doesn't have to be a parent).

that's me. I usually say that "I'll go to bed at 11:30", and then I see my fav movie on tv, and I don't go to sleep until 2 am. when do you usually go to bed anyway?

yea, that's the weird thing about sleeping. I'll lay down at let’s say 12:40 am, and I watch HGTV, but I can't fall asleep until 1:40 am. it's so unusual and annoying.

my mom will literally fall asleep in 0.02 seconds
