Backstory: René’s story is not one many people like to hear. Most are exciting and dramatic stories with adventure and daring tragedies. This one doesn’t have any of that. When Rene was young, her parents started fighting. They grew farther and farther apart until finally, they divorced. René has always hated them for it. René’s mother works at an office far to the west while her father lives in the east. Because of her distrust and anger towards both of them, René lives with neither. Instead, she made her home in the busiest city, against their wishes, before finally coming here.
