Well this is sad because I don’t have any great reviews and all my descent reviews got deleted somehow😳
The Prom, by: Saundra MitchellIt was good, if I could give a 4.5 I would. C'mon GR get with the program. We want more options for ratings! Anyway, this book was great in audio form, I enjoyed the story, the struggle, I felt sympathy for Emma, and her girlfriend Alyssa. Emma was waiting, Alyssa was fighting, and they didn't end up in the middle like they should. It took some work, and a lot of gumption for everything to fall into place. For everyone to be where they should be.(also I’ve watched the movie adaption 🍿 I’m not sure of my feelings about that yet)
The Beautiful, by: Renee Ahdieh5 stars
I wanted to cry at the end of this book, but mostly I sighed and grumbled to myself while slamming the book shut. Celine is a true heroine and I admire her for her bravery, her strength, her love that she had for those around her. Bastien was the perfect rogue, and I would say he is definitely in my top ten of fictional men I've fallen for. New Orleans, it was the perfect setting for this beautiful book. The history, the people, the parties, I loved it all. The detail was on point, I would certainly recommend this one.

Here are my reviews for both of the books in Six of Crows! They are waaaaay too long, but the second one is basically a lot of quotes and some other stuff. Hope you like reading my reviews! ")https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...

No problem, you can share any review you want. Doesn't have to be great :)

I read your review and now I want to read that book
This review is for Carry On by Rainbow Rowell. SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!** spoiler alert ** I gave this a 4 star rating mainly because of how cute Simon and Baz were.
There are SO many popular fantasy tropes were in this novel. It was also really (and i mean REALLY) similar to Harry Potter.
Here are just some of the tropes:
-Chosen one
-Magical trio
-Orphaned child
-Enemies to lovers
The first three of these tropes are also in Harry Potter.
But...............................
Simon and Baz were literally the cutest thing on this entire planet. My heart melted reading this. I could not get enough of Simon and Baz. I just kept re-reading all the cute scenes with Simon and Baz. I FREAKING LOVE SIMON AND BAZ!!!!!!
I have to say that although this was most amazing love story ever, I prefer Rainbow Rowell's other books better. I felt like the beginning was SUPER slow and there was too many "flashbacks" or retelling of other events that happen in the past. The mage being evil surprised me though!
but I mean, come on SIMON AND BAZ!!!! Cutest thing ever!

You don't have to write good reviews to share them, you can share any review here!

So I started reading Plain Bad Heroines about a week ago and I haven't been able to finish it. I have never found a book that is both boring and interesting at the same time. The plot of the story is pretty good (good enough to want to finish) but there's just too many unnecessary scenes. I really wanted to read it 'till the end but I just can't bring myself to do it. It has all the right elements mystery, gothic, funny, entertaining queer female characters but it's just too wordy. So I think it has to go to my shame pile. Has anyone here read it? What did you thing? Should I keep reading it or give up on it?
I haven't read the book, but you can skim read it to avoid the unnecessary parts and still know what the plot is about.
