Tracey I have chosen for you Fire Burn, Cauldron Bubble by Paul Cookson. It drew my eye immediately and I couldn’t look away from it. A bunch of witchy poems sounds like a wonderful time too.

Eden, I choose Romanov by Nadine Brandes for your February buddy pick. I think I chose this for you one time last year and you weren't able to get to it, so this will help you get it off your TBR 😃
Bonnie, I have chosen for you the following book:
Real Men Knit by Kwana Jackson
I love the cover of this book, Bonnie. I would be interested in your views on this book. :)
Janice wrote: "Hey guys! Sorry I’m late to this... I’d like to have a book please! 🙏🏻💝"Yippee! If Bonnie doesn’t assign someone, I’ll happily pick something for you.
Hi ladies. A little update to the buddy postings.
Tracey is to pick a book for Janice.
So glad you are joining in this month xxx

Just realised I didn’t have notifications on goodreads set to notify. No wonder I was late to the party on all the comments 🙄🤔
This is the only thread we’ve all commented on.
What here’s do y’all want to read next round? :)

Yippee! I've just had a look at your SBC shelf Janice, and I couldn't decide so went with the book that's been on your TBR for the longest, which is Still Life by Louise Penny.
It's also the first in a series of at least 17 books, so fingers crossed it's a series worth continuing on with. Good luck!
Hi Tracey! I’ve been meaning to get to this series for awhile ... unfortunately it’s got a wait time of 6 weeks (should have checked). I’ve removed a bunch of books off my SBC shelf, as they were only on Kindle and I just cancelled my membership. Pay 9.99/month subscription and none of them are free 😡. So... can you please choose another one - I’ve checked that’s they are all available! 🥰

So, I've had a look at your new list and immediately I was drawn to The Thorn Birds by Colleen McCullough. It's an Australian novel and quite a big deal here, although I know it's a chunkster, so hopefully you'll get it finished in time. February is a short month though, so even if you don't finish it until March at least you'll finally have the motivation to pick it up. Good luck and get ready to enjoy the Australian outback setting.
Hey Tracey, it was meant to be, it just came through on Overdrive! It’s one of those epic novels I’ve been meaning to read and just never got to, so thank you for this! I’ve read some really good Australian authored books in the past year. 😊💕

I have a few Thrillers, Horrors and Paranormal books on my kindle that I'd love to read in the next couple of months.

Eden wrote: "Yes,genre for the next round of books :)"What about using a heading General nominations everyone can add a book in their favourite genre.
The other heading can be Science fiction, paranormal and fantasy etc
I like Bonnie I do not mind reading a book from the thriller or crime genre.
Bonnie wrote: "I’ve put some nominations. I hope there wasn’t a limit to how many can be nominated 😄"Bonnie, to my knowledge there is no limit to the number on nominations.

Thanks Jenny x
Still haven’t started mine. Finding it difficult to pick up physical books at the moment. Preferring audio whilst doing crafts and chores.
Jenny wrote: "Hi TraceyI have finished my buddy read - I will review it soon."
Great news Jenny, well done!
