This book had a little girl who lived with either just her brother or her brother and sister. Both were older and had jobs to take care of her. I remember she specifically liked to either watch or read The Secret Garden book. Her brother at one point becomes the groundskeeper for a rich person and the little girl gets to discover her own garden. I think it took place in the UK or US. If my hunch is correct I bought it alongside two other books around 2005-2007. The book was in English. At the time I think the book was new.
