Are there any books that you suggest people don't read because of how bad they are? Personally, I recommend staying away from Everything Sad Is Untrue because that book was trash.

Yes. After and Beautiful Disaster are butt. If you want to get a rant review out of a bad book, consider those two. but if you want a good book, stay far away from them please.
OMG I AM SO READY FOR THIS. There are many books I can put in here but some of the first books I thought of are:Caroline
Everyday Magic
Catalyst
Alice By Heart
the selection was bad lmao. but it's very fluffy and easy and that's good
Unless you want to suffer, I
strongly
recommend not reading:Matched
American Royals
Shatter Me
Red Queen
The Best Lies
The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes
offerings:Anna and the French Kiss
Loveboat, Taipei
legit the entire shatter me series
The Sun Is Also a Star
The Betrothed
We Met in December
Life As We Knew It
Hush, Hush
Truth, Lies, and Second Dates
Requiem
Here Be Sexist Vampires
Milk and Honey
Midnight Sun
the worst book i've ever read is Be More Chill. i read it back in like 2017 because of the musical, and the musical is so much better (still not great) and wastes less of your time, so i'd recommend that if the plot sounds interesting (slightly problematic plot, but whatever). if i had goodreads back then, i would have had a spankin rant review, i'll tell you.
Unless you want to be annoyed:Air Awakens
City of Bones
Sequels you shouldn't read:
The Heir & The Crown
A World Without Princes is one big what the frack
-Always Never Yours (romanticizes a relationship based on cheating and the MC belittled her LI’s long-distance relationship)-The Daevabad trilogy (I loved the City of Brass but hated the sequels. I have long-ass rant reviews for both of them)
-The Ember Quarter (Wayyyyyy overhyped. I liked the first 3 books but the ending is bad imo. The magic was terribly explained and there are so many series doing the rebellion trope so much better.)
- Uprooted (One of the most boring books I read. I want my money back. It got an abusive love interest and an horrible rape attempt that had no impact into the plot 🤯😡. It was disgusting.)
-Paper Princess (EWWWWWW🤮)
I agree with you guys on American Royals. Gave it 2 stars and it was a bland Gossip Girl wannabe. Blood and Honey is terrible too and I really enjoyed Serpent & Dove. :,-(
I just couldn't do The Giver- I finished it- but only because I would feel like I shrimp if I didn't finish a 225-page book.
Frozen Beauty by Lexa Hillyer. It brings absolutely nothing new to the YA mystery/thriller scene and has some of the most obnoxious characters I've ever read about. Oh, and an ending that came out of nowhere.

Look at all of those books that definitely aren't a priority to-read. Except S&D and Mud and Trash.
The Darkest Minds--I could not stand how the writing/plot jumped around like it didn't know what continuity wasMaximum Ride--also no plot
Witch+Wizard--again no plot
The sequel to Ruby Red--Ruby Red was okay, but the sequels were irritating
1-Ninth House (so boring and confusing)2-From Blood and Ash (DNF’ed at 13% and it’s written like fanfic)
3-Blood and Honey (despite enjoying Serpent&Dove)
4-The Daevabad trilogy (I have lengthy rants for book 2 AND 3)
5-An Ember in the Ashes series (everything went downhill after book 1)
6- Always Never Yours (unless you want to read about romanticizing cheating 🤮)
