I'm on page 152 in The Two Towers. (chapter 7). I haven't been reading for like a week because I'm working on a book analysis for school. I'm planning on reading more lotr next week though. :) Can't wait to get to Faramir! I want to see what he's like. :-)

Man, this is a tough question. Out of all of the fantasy races, I love elves for their grace and compassion, and love of beauty and nature, so I’m naturally inclined to pick an elf as my favorite character, in which case I think I’d say Galadriel is probably my favorite. But I’m rereading LOTR again as I always do every year this time of year, and I’m really enjoying Merry and Pippin for their humor, so they’re definitely on my list of favorite characters as well. But there’s just so many great characters in LOTR, so my list of favorites is pretty long.
