The Sanctuary now has a new appearance.
There's been some problems regarding the major and minor abilities, so from now on, all mental powers are major abilities while the enhancements and miscellaneous powers are minor abilities. However, you don't have to use just those powers from the list; you can use others as long as they correspond to their group (e.g. someone could use a power not on the miscellaneous list, like force-field generation)
