To make things worse he's also treacherous, pedantic, and desperate, but at least those are kept somewhat in check by habits of being efficient as well. But focus on his as this is what he's often despised. Any healthy relationship is made incredibly difficult because of this and his inconsideration, which is a true shame for both sides. Fair is fair though, Ash is still a complex being with good sides as well. He's clear-headed and passionate among others, there's still a beacon of hope. Unfortunately, his provocative nature is always there to ruin everything again. REAL: There's more than meets the eye in the case of Ash, but most know that above all else he's faithful and observant. Of course, he's also understanding, ambitious, and brilliant, but far less strongly and often mixed with being neglectful as well.
His faithfulness though is what he's pretty much loved for. On many occasions, people will count on this and his courage whenever they need cheering up. Nobody's perfect of course and Ash has plenty of less favorable characteristics too. His intolerance and ignorance do cause plenty of friction and just affect all around negatively. Fortunately, his observant nature is usually there to help mends things when needed.

When Simon was young had a very close friend her name was Diana they were best friends and they loved to go out and ride their horses together. Diana was one of the only people Simon trusted and she was the only person who knew about Simon not wanting to be a prince. One day when Simon was seven and Diana was six they went out a rid their horses Diana's horse spooked and through Diana off Diana hit her head on a rock and killed her Simon leaped off his horse and tried to save her but it was to late and she was already dead. Simon didn't want to leave Diana, It took the guards and the search party twelve hours to finally find him. Simons parents didn't let him go to Diana's funeral. After that he has been afraid of horses and always stays away from him. So after Diana's death he put his mind and his work to his studies and duties as a prince. When he was twelve he and his family found out that his vision was slowly deforming so he has very sensitive eyes to bright places, The Doctors guessed that about by the time he would be 40 he would go completely blind.

Simon is very kind to pretty much everyone whether its people who knows or people he doesn't. He has a bit of a temper but he has learned to control it and never let it show in public. He doesn't get scared easily but he gets very spooked around horses even though he was trained very well to ride them but he tries to stay away from them. Once you earn his loyalty he will stand by you through anything. He is very protective of his family and friends he will do anything to protect his family or friends. When Kieren was young about five or six him his mother and two of his sisters went out to go to town to pick of some supplies and also sell some of the wheat and other things they had gotten off of their crops (They were farmers). They same across a broken down wagon two men were trying to fix it so Kieren and his mother got out to help the men fix their wagon while his sisters stayed in their own wagon. The men ended up being robbers and beat Kieren and his mother and his sisters so they could steal their crops. Then a group of knights came they had been passing through to get to the castle. They stopped and saved Kieren and his sisters and mother. Ever since then Kieren had wanted to be a Knight and be able to protect others just like those knights had done for him. His father always said that Kieren would be nothing and would go no where it made Kieren want to be better and stronger so he trained harder. His father was always very abusive to Kieren Verbally and physically. Up until he was old enough to enroll in real training. He started out as a page and then he became a squire and then he became a knight. Kieren was the best knight he was well trained and very dangerous he has fought in many wars, and battles. Then he was requested by the king to become a Royal guard at the castle. He has been there ever since.

On the outside Kieren is cold and uncaring he rarely looses his temper and doesn't care about anyone else but himself. Very calculating and cruel. He doesn't get attached to people and even if you do befriend him he's still very cold and quiet. Very confident and sure of himself. And a bit of a lone wolf.

But once you get over all of that and truly take the time to get to know him he is kind, caring, and a very good friend. Yes he can be a little over protective but that is mainly because he doesn't have many friends and he doesn't let himself get close to people because it means people have more ways of hurting him. He is calm and wants to help and protect people. Maven was the youngest of eight brothers and three sisters. His mother died giving birth to him his father "James" always blamed Maven for it. James often beat Maven one day when Maven was five his sister who was older by a year "Farley" tried to protect him from their father. His father killed Farley. After that none of Maven's brothers or sister tried to protect him but everyday after their father would finish beating Maven they would clean his cuts and bruises and sometimes they would even have to fix a dislocated shoulder. History
He grew up in a rather well off family. Sure, his father was no duke, but he was the next best thing. The male, from a young age, was raised as the heir to the family, which put a lot of pressure on him to be the best at everything he did. His father was strict, but his mother and sister were the only two people he felt he could relax around. After all, they supported him no matter what. Though, when his mother was killed, the restrictions that were on him and his sister became even more burdensome. For years they weren't even permitted to leave the estate and were always followed by servants and guards. He knew his father only did it because he didn't want to lose them too, but it was becoming more and more suffocating in that manor. All they did was study, train, eat, and sleep. So, one day, when he was fifteen, he ran away. He escaped the manor and went to the royal palace, where he got permission to train as a royal knight's squire. Very few within the palace knew of who he was, and, they all kept his identity a secret. After two years, he became a royal knight. He stayed in the palace as a royal knight for about a year or so before requesting leave. When Vic's parents were sailors they traveled all over the kingdom one day when they were in Plugan which is in the western side of the kingdom thieves boarded their boat and killed Vic's parents. They decided not to kill Vic instead they left her on the boat between her dead parents in the cold and alone (She was only four at the time) about an hour latter a guard heard her cry's and boarded the boat he found her, Her lips blue and frost in her hair and shivering. He took her away from the boat while other guards collected her parents bodies who's names she could never seem to remember. The guard (His name is Sean) took her in and protected her he even taught her how to fight and defend herself which was forbidden for girls to know how to fight. He took care of her like she was his own daughter he was the one who called her Amirah. When Amirah was six a women with blond hair and kind dark brown eyes came to where Amirah and Sean had lived she told Amirah that the castle had been attacked and how Sean had been killed protecting the king. Amirah had been heart broken at the loss of him. She was sent to a large manor called The house of Calmor, it was a place where parentless children were sent. The Calmor house was also a school they taught the girls to sew, cook, clean, and play instruments , and how to run a house hold, they taught the boys how to farm, hunt, fish, and many other things. The children there were also given chores they would have to do everyday such as Dishes, cleaning, cooking, running messages places, and many other tasks, If you did not complete the tasks you were given that day you would be punished severely. Vic hated it there. four years latter when she ten a guard came to the Manor with a letter addressed to her it was a letter telling her that she had been chosen as a Sky rider the people who worked at the Manor told the guard that he was mistaken for she was nothing more than an orphan. But in the end she was summoned the Islong and she was paired with a beautiful Black a silver dragon. When she was thirteen she started her training as a Sky rider, When she was fifteen she was sent on her first mission to protect a small town in the east.

Lyn's mother died shortly after giving birth to her deep down Lyn has always blamed herself for her mothers death. Lyns father Bracken never blamed Lyn he tried very hard to be a good parent but he could never make up for the absence that Lyn's mother made. He knew that she needed a female role model in her life. So when Lyn was four her father remarried to a cruel women named Mortella. Mortella hated Lyn and shunned her completely. Lyn always tried to be kind to Mortella but at times she found it very hard. So even with Mortella in Lyn's life she still didn't have a real female role-model so she grew up playing out in the fields with some of the boys who worked for her father, she played in mud, ponds, and loved climbing trees and her hair always seemed to escaped the braids her maids would put it in.

History: Lenna grew up with a big family. Both parents, two older brothers, one older sister, two younger brothers and triplet younger sisters. The Hales were part of a traveling acrobatic group. They were always on the move, performing in different cities and villages. Lenna never had much time to settle down and make friends, which was just fine with her. She had her five siblings to keep her company. She grew up learning acrobatics with her sisters. Tightrope, silks, flips. You name it.
But Lenna was also taught to fight with her brothers. She learned many forms of hand-to-hand combat and became skilled with a blade.
When she was ten years old, a guard delivered a letter addressed to her saying that she had been chosen as a Sky Rider. She was sent to Isongend and paired with Lorien, a beautiful color changing dragon who became instant friends with Lenna. Lenna began her training with Lori and she was sent on her first mission when she was fourteen.

History
She didn't exactly grow up in a pleasant setting. Her mother was a slave and her dad was a slave. Because of this, she was born at the bottom of the ladder. Despite her father being a servant, she was born into slavery, due to her mother being a slave. This old man, one of the other slaves that belonged to her master, helped take care of her. Because of this, instead of learning how to knit and stuff like that, she helped with field work and other tasks that would be considered unfitting of a woman. Despite that, their master did not complain, as they already had enough people working within the house and not enough men. As time went by, while she did not enjoy the slave life, she found it bearable with the old man. However, he too, was taken by death. She worked there for a year longer without the old man, and the master began to notice a decrease in performance. Now that he had many more slaves and servants, he saw no need for her and decided to sell her off. She was bought by someone who had made a contract with her. She had to work for them as a servant for two years. She, wanting to be free, did as they asked and became their apprentice. Over the course of the two years, she learned about medicine, potions, and herbs. After the two years were over, she set off to become a magician's apprentice, having a strong affinity with magic due to her heritage. (Her father's grandfather was a magician). And, well, here she is.

Personality
The female, despite the time they are in, is a bit of a tomboy for the most part, due to her upbringing. She lived in low class and never really learned how to be a "proper lady" due to how she was raised and her circumstances. She can be considered a bit of a "bully" by the people that know her, but she's just mainly a playful tease. She likes helping others, though, she can be a bit destructive and rough at times and doesn't help much. She's a tad dense and slow at times, but she is actually pretty knowledgeable, even if she isn't book smart. History} Shiloh was born on October 17th, at 12:34 a.m. and is a Libra. He has two older siblings, Evan and Beth, his mother's name is Lily and his father's Daemon. Daemon left them a year after Shiloh was born and his mother had a hard time taking care of them. Shiloh went to a home school for most of his life due to the fact that he didn't really like communicating with people much.
