Rigel Black discussion

Hello!

Since book 4 has recently ended, would anyone like to start a reading of the series until book 5 starts? It would be great to read from the beginning or for the first time! The plan is to read all four books, starting with The Pureblood Pretense.

I read the entire series a third time now in preparation for the end of Book #4, so I can't participate, but I definitely envy you.

Hey! I just reread the series too, though i haven’t been brave enough to read the new chapters yet! I haven’t read past ch12 😅

Diminishing returns suggests you use a crop rotation method. I use "
prince of the dark kingdom" with high frequency and "onesmallkindness/Daybreak" with a slightly lower one.

I just got done with Prince of the Dark Kingdom because the author updated his page saying that he had big plans for the fic. That was a while ago, though, and there hasn't been any news after that.

I think it is safe to say that that fic will never update (abandoned). The book six ending though could be seen as an excellent ending to the whole fic... I loved it. Book seven did go a bit off rails...

The author updated his FFN in January that he had plans for the story. I know it was abandoned for a long time, though. Hopefully, he has changed his mind.
