I just finished the series and it was really good! I was kinda hoping for a different ending though. Spoilers!!!!! I thought Cardan turning into a snake was kinda weird and random. I also wanted a tragical romance type of ending bc it seemed much more fitting to the plot and characters. But the second books gave me the chills it was great!

Plus, in my opinion, "The Queen of Nothing" was a little too rushed... I felt that I was missing some parts.
However this remains one of my favorite book series ever ❤

Hi! :)
Yes, The Folk of the Air series is perfect if you like YA fantasy with a strong female main character, a lot of fairy drama with unexpected plot twist and also some romance! The first book of the series is "The Cruel Prince". I think that this series is really worth reading 😊 so you should give it a try!!
I'm buddy reading this with some friends next week! The hype's so big, that I'm really excited!!
One of my all-time favourite series with my most favourite enemies-to-lovers couple ever . Jude and Cardan's story is magnificent!! They have the kind of hate for each other that was most likely intense, passionate love all along. The attraction and chemistry between them is off the charts and their relationship is beautiful. The story is also absolutely incredible and intriguing, all the characters are interesting, even secondary characters, and the world Holly Black created is magnificent and facinating, as expected from such talent.
My fave trilogy ever!!! The characters are the best!! I love Cardan. And Jude. My fave was the queen of nothing.
