Ray sat in the classroom, adjusting her Widow Bites to accommodate some modifications. She had arrived early and thus was one of the very few people in here. But it's not like she noticed any of them, she was way too focused on what she was doing. She noted down something in her notebook, which was on the table, and then went back to tightening a screw.

Professor X, always the one to be exactly two minutes early to his own class slumped into the room. He took a large gulp of coffee and looked around the class. Only the tryhards were there already. X grumbles something like a greeting before sitting at his desk.

She looked up when Professor X came in but then went back to modifying her weapon. Maybe she could do something for her brother's bow too. And both their guns. Hmm.... A taser maybe? She noted down a few of her idea in the notebook.

X groans while looking through his papers, muttering to himself about who knows what. He registered Ray sitting by herself and working on her widow bites and smiled proudly.

She then leaned back in her chair, considering some of the idea. Movies were quite inspiring for such things and she had gotten a lot of idea from them. She and her mom had once considered making the Iron Man armour a reality after all.... She suddenly got another idea for the armour and quickly opened the page where she had the blueprints. She quickly erased some of it then priceeded to correct the notes.

Lucky walked into the room, flopping down at one of the desks and hooking her backpack over the chair. She opened her notebook up to a page that was a mixture of messy, almost unintelligible notes and swirly doodles flowing between it all. She glanced up at the professor, trying to decide whether or not this would be a class she actually tried in.

A few more students trickled in, just looking at the bright and hopeful faces of these kids made X exhausted, but he just sighed and got up to check their homework. He made his way around the room slowly, both because he was tired and looking at students' work was a very slow process.

Uh-oh. The homework!, she had forgotten to do the homework! She felt like banging her head on the desk for how stupid she is. How could she forget to do the homework for her favourite class?! Well hopefully it will help that this is the very first time this has happened....

Wait, we had homework? Lucky froze. Uh-oh. She kept her page at the one it was on, hoping he wouldn't yell at her. Besides, barely anyone could read her handwriting. Maybe he would just assume it was the homework? Probably not, but still. This wasn't the first time she had missed homework.

Eventually, X arrived at Lucky's desk. He leaned casually on her desk and glanced down at her notebook, which promptly started a headache. uuuuuhg, dam messy handwriting
X taps on the girl's shoulder "Ms.- uh, Lu? I know it's something with an l, Lucy?"

She was sitting right in front of Lucky so knew that she would be next. She opened a new page in her notebook and started doing the homework quickly.

Gianna had strategically placed herself at the back of the room and was finishing her homework like her life depended on it, furiously chewing on the eraser oc her pencil as she answered the last few questions. She let out a breath of relief and had a miniature dance party right there at her desk. “And that's on finishing your homework right before you have to turn it in!” She cheered to herself, then taking out her stress toy and acting like a five-year-old again. It's actually her default; high school Gianna only comes out when ABSOLUTELY necessary. She took out her bedazzled journal and opened it, taking out her pen as well to doodle whatever came to mind. She had stayed up until 4 in the morning reading about superheroes and supervillains, so you can probably infer that it was the most on her mind. The sometimes ditzy redhead started drawing a figure, grumbling and erasing when it looked strange, but smiling huge to herself when she finished a part well. Basically, she looked EVEN MORE like a weirdo than she usually does.

She finished it at the last minute and sighed in relief

April sprinted into the classroom, out of breath and leaving a trail of papers in her wake. Panting, she dove collapsed into an open desk somewhat near the back and dropped her backpack on the floor. Hoping the teacher hadn’t noticed her, April tried to slow her breathing. Yes, she had been late. But teeechnically it wasn’t her fault. But seriously, who wouldn’t be distracted by a rogue water fountain flooding the bathroom? April glanced around, trying to catch a cue off the other students, but all seemed to be doing something different. Oh fiddlesticks. Sighing, the girl just waited for something to happen.

X turns his head slightly towards April, both amused and tired as to why some kids had so much energy. He leaves Lucky in peace, making a mental note to speak to her about her atrocious handwriting. He instead decides to go to the girl in front of Lucky.

"Excuse me? Ms....."

"Rayonna Sapphirus, sir. " She replied, handing him the assignment.

I had pre-algebra and my seat is right in front of the teacher's desk and she's like behind us so she can see our Chromebooks and stuff gimme a second to post))

"Ah yes Ray, got you're work?" X asks. He was hopeful for this girl, great family, great skills in tech... but a very quiet attitude.

"Yes sir" she smiled, she was glad that she was able to finish teh assignment quickly. She didn't want to get punished in her favourite class after all.

Lucky froze when he stopped by her, but silently sighed with relief when he quickly skipped over to the next student. Phew. She glanced around the classroom, not quite sure what else to do.

X picked up her supposedly done work and quickly glanced at it. "Looks pretty good Rayray, but a little..." he looks sternly at her for a second. "... rushed"

She smiled sheepishly, "I may or may not have forgotten about it with all the other assignments piled up on me before the weekend"

X raised an eyebrow but put the paper down anyways. "Okay then Raygun, make sure to remember the work next time." He yawns then says "Nice taser idea"

She blinked in surprise, "Thank you professor, and it's Rayonna"

X nodded but wasn't really listening, "Yes, yes. of course. Careful with the safety switch, don't want to kill yourself." With that he left abruptly heading to the back to the slackers.
