I actually love making semi-detailed templates, as that is what all of mine are.
I would suggest having a favorites section, health area thingo
Date of birth, sun sign as optional
Stuff like that

Although, as a semi-advanced role-player, I wouldn't consider that template semi-detailed. It's actually more or less a basic template in my eyes. ;u;

And about the power list what should we do about that?

how about we do the color list and then choose what type of powers we should put.

I have a few ideas:

Blue - Water and/or ice
Green - Plants
Brown - Earth
Yellow - Lightning (Lightning is literally natural electricity)
White - Light
Black - Shadow
Red - Something to do with blood, but it would have to be extremely rare, something that would have to be requested and have a limit of characters.
Orange - Fire
Silver - Air and/or wind
Pink - Attraction (not just in romance)

Purple, or other types not on in my list of ideas.
Also, should we allow heterochromia in the eyes?

yes but only a few so there aren't too many

Like it would only be specific kinds allowed, and they would have to be compatible with each other
Such as:
- Fire + Wind = Boosted fire (Orange/Silver)
- Plants + Earth = Nature control (Green/Brown)
- Air + Ice = Hail (Silver/Blue)
- Lightning + Water = Uncontrolled shock to everyone in the water (Yellow/Blue)

And for incompatible
- Attraction/Pink (Attraction doesn't really go with anything else)
- Blood/Red (Nothing matches, and it's extremely powerful and dangerous)
- Shadow/Black + Light/White (They are two opposites.)
- Fire/Orange + Water/Ice/Blue (They are also two opposites.)
- And prob more?
