I want to be a mod because I love this group and it's been kinda slow, so I would love to help get it more active
What experience do you have as a mod?
I have experience being a mod in a few groups, and I've also created a couple groups of my own

What ideas do you have for the group?
We could organize and clean up some of the folders and topic, and maybe we could have a BOTM? Idkkkk if a book of the month would work though, seeing as there's only 13 (almost 14) books plus Darkstalker, Dragonslayer and Winglets

All of them! I also can't wait for book 14 ehehehheeee
What would you do if two or more members were fighting?
If members were fighting I'd try to stop the argument, then PM each member that was fighting seperatly to figure out what happened. I actually don't know what I would do ;-; I'd probably have a better idea of how to react if memebers were actually fighting tbh

I'm not on GR as much because of school, but I'm only mostly in the evenings during the week and most of the day on weekends

What experience do you have as a mod?
I am technically not a mod in Goodreads, so if I do come into consideration, I would probably a MITTEN (Moderator In Tough Training (word that starts with E) (word that starts with N)) ? I do have experience with technical Moderatory (is that a word? it is now) techniques, since I have tried making a group.
What ideas do you have for the group?
Have a little more help with the approvals and “role play challenges” if people get bored and do not know what to do
How many of the books have you read?
Up to book 13, Winglets Quartet, Legends Dragonslayer and Darkstalker.
What would you do if two or more members were fighting?
I would check what was going on, see what they are fighting about, try to sort it out peacefully between them if it is related to the group. If they continue/issue is not related to group and I cannot help, ask them to sort it out in their own time NOT on a public server.

More places to rp, and I can help with approval. I'm thinking of more ideas though!

I would try to find what the issue was, then tell them to stop. If they didn't listen I would try to help them solve the problem, or get another mod to help.

I want to be a Mod because I want to be able to help people and answer questions, concerns, or problems. Most people tend to listen to Mods more the an average members. I also would like to help approve characters for people as I know both Disney and Mugs are sometimes inactive/on hiatus. And overall, I would just like to help people and invite more people to this group to make it more active.

Maybe there could be character threads made for people? So, that would be their personal topic to post characters that have been approved, work in progress characters, and ideas for future characters. I will probably have more ideas in the future.
How many of the books have you read:
I've read all the first arc books and all the second arc books and the third arc books. I've also read the Dragonslayer and Darkstalker legend books.
What would you do if two or more members were fighting:
I'd probably either try and compromise on an agreement or I'd talk with both members in private messages to solve the problem. I've never had to do this, so I can not be sure.

I'm active almost, I'd say, six hours a day. Sometimes a bit less and sometimes more. Most of the time I'm on longer Mon-Fri and only about 30 minutes on Sat-Sun.

Hey everyone! Mod applications are officially closed, thank you for applying. Me and Disney will choose a mod by next week, so make sure to keep up-to-date with the announcements!
Why? I don’t know I just feel like being a mod would help me connect with more users and spread the positivity ive grown to have.
What experience?
I’ve never been a mod before but I have mod friends who teach me a lot about the rank.
What ideas?
I could make lists and character claims etc available to see to mobile and app users (which i am both).
How many of the books have you read? All except the newest one, including the legends.
Fighting?
Try to mediate, if it doesn’t work having both separate and stop messaging for several minutes/hours to cool off before we could proceed further.

Why do you want to be a moderator?I want to be a moderator because I 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 WoF and I'd love to expand my goodreads group horizons. I'm passionate about helping people, answering questions, and being able to do more in this group, since I think it's a great environment for WoF fans and goodreads users in general.

A good amount! Right now I am the mod of three groups and I own my own group XD
What idea do you have for the group?
A lot! I think it would be cool to have festivals between all of the dragons- there could be games throughout them and winners could get something special. I think this could also get members more active and eager to roleplay :)

All of them! And some of them more then once! (I guess you could say I'm a fan XD)
What would you do if two or more member were fighting?
If two or more members were fighting, I would first calmly ask them to stop, and I would look at recent comments to better understand the argument. If I continued to reason with them/ask them to stop and they wouldn't, I would then try to contact another mod to help me deal with the situation.

I would say I am active very regularly; every day to every few days. I check my notifications at least once a day, always :)

I'd just like to say that I'd love to be a mod since I'm such a big fan of WoF, but I totally understand if I'm not what you're looking for. Overall, I just want to make the group the best it can be!

Im not sure about the other moderators, but personally it’s simply that I currently don’t have the time. I don’t want to get involved in a bunch of topics where I have to check in often, as I don’t want to leave others waiting for long periods of time for my responses. I’ve definitely had my share of roleplays and discussions in the group, but for a while now I’ve been on a bit of a break.

I am technically not a mod on Goodreads , but I have held positions of similar status on other platforms (Which I will refrain from mentioning for personal reasons. Kids, in your real-life resume's, don't do what I am doing here.)

Have a little more help with the approvals and “role play challenges” if people get bored and do not know what to do (Yes, same as from previous resume). But there is more:
I have noticed that a lot of users' characters have siblings/parents/significant others that they (probably) want other users to create the character that is related to the said character. There is not really a place for this in the Relationship Request topic, and the user might not want to create a character just for it to be put in the Character Adoption folder, so either expanding the Relationship Request folder to accommodate for this, or adding a separate topic would help this situation.

I honestly love this server. I've been here for a little while, and seen my fair share of things. I believe I'd make a phenomenal moderator, and would do well to help keep the group underclose care. And also Nicoletta... It would do some good to have an extra set of hands.

I don't have ideas for any additions, per se. But I'm said to be an on-my-feet thinker... so you never know! I may come up with something.

Attempt to find middle ground! I'm told the best solution to a problem is the one where no one is happy. (That's only partially true!) Above all else, I will shut it down and inform them to take it to their PMs otherwise I'll be forced to take further action.

What experience do you have as a moderator: I have a good lot of experience. I am a mod in a couple of groups.
What ideas do you have for the group: Possibly prophecies. As well as fan made dragons and environments.
How many of the books have you read: ALL OF THEM. Every. Single. One.
What would you do if two or more members were fighting: I would ask what the issue was, and try to solve the dispute in a reasonable way so both parties are happy.
How good are you at using html: Unfortunately, I cannot, since I am ONLY on mobile.
