This is the main field between the two bases. A large open space lined with trees. Boulders, rocks, branches, logs, and some ditches are scattered throughout. In the middle is a line symbolizing the dividing line of team sides.

-When someone passes this line, they are on enemy territory and can be "targeted". If a member gets injured or taken down on the enemy side, they will be escorted to the jail, where they must remain for 5 minutes before they can leave and return to their side.
-When escaping jail after 5 minutes, a member must return straight to their home base. They cannot go after the flag.
-No weapons can be used, only Ethereal powers. Please do not aim to kill or injure badly.
-Players in their home territory are "safe" and cannot be captured. -Only 2-3 players are allowed to guard the flag, and must remain at a distance of at least 6 feet.
-The game ends when one player captures the opposing team's flag and safely crosses over the middle line.

Weapons do not include like paintball guns right? Those are great for tracking.)

((Yes, that would include paintball guns. Like no weapons at all are provided/allowed. You can wear like armor and such though))

Ok)

Mrs. Thelma walked out the center of the area. Two helpers stood on either side, dressed as referees. Another helped walked to each team's base and gave everyone an emergency flare. She was holding a large megaphone and cleared her throat.

"Attention campers. We want a fair game. If anyone is injured, please send up a flare and we will get there quickly. Remember, no weapons, but powers may be used. Ready.... Set.... GO!!!"

((Remember, try not to make your powers OP, everyone has weaknesses and a limit. No godmodding either, I will be monitoring for these things. If you have any questions, just ask.))

dagger [ain't that a kick in the head] (aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh) Harlow sprinted towards the boundary line, jumping right over it without hesitation. He was officially in enemy territory. He couldn't see anyone coming towards him just yet, but he knew what he would do when they came. A few pulls of an emotional thread would work quite well.

dagger [ain't that a kick in the head] (aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh) Harlow kept charging forward. The ground was rocky and covered in logs, which he jumped over with ease. The blue team's forest was still pretty far, but he was fast. He might even be able to make it before anyone came out, which seemed pretty likely considering that they still hadn't made an appearance.

I wonder why)

message 13: by [deleted user] (new)

Mabel ran behind Harlow, about 20 feet behind. She skirted around a log and glanced behind, which was a bad idea as she nearly fell into a ditch. She slid to a stop on the grass and circled around it, pumping her legs faster to catch up. She was nearly on the other side as well, and no one was trying to stop them. Mabel thought this was strange at first... maybe a trap? But didn't think much of it as she approached the line.

dagger [ain't that a kick in the head] (aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh) Harlow reached the trees. Well, would you look at that. Nobody had shown up. He spotted the cloud of fog and started heading towards it, because he had used up most of his logic for today on the plan he had made for his team.

message 15: by [deleted user] (new)

Mabel heard shouting behind her, back at her home base, but she stuck with the plan and ran over the line, now on the enemy's base. She saw Harlow going one way, and stood still for a moment, bouncing on her toes as she tried to decide whether to follow or not. She bit her lip, and decided to go to the other side, away from the foggy area. Maybe creep up behind it? Distract them, so that he can get in and out easier? She didn't realize that the fog was probably a trap either. She jogged towards the trees, veering off from the direction Harlow was heading.

Oh, she is gonna have to deal with Mazo, plus the tons of traps she set up.)

message 17: by [deleted user] (new)

((Hahah this will be great - should I bring her to the blue base, or just roleplay her here since that is kinda busy? ))

Up to you, just know she is gonna be traumatized.)

message 19: by [deleted user] (new)

((Ok then... that's just part of the game... remember nothing OP though - I'll keep her here, since she is kinda on the outskirts of the base))

Ken (Got Shot Yet Again) (thesaladmaniscomming) | 1336 comments Mod
Ya, Mazo is not really gonna use her powers, she just set up a bunch of traps designed to catch people, like pitfalls without the spikes, or nets, etc)

message 21: by [deleted user] (new)

((Ok cool!))

Mabel jogged, slowing down as she reached the forest. She glanced around but didn't see anyone, and stepped back into a slow run. She neared a large boulder and climbed up, sliding down the other side and landing with a thud. She forest floor was damp from the morning and the lack of sunlight in the area, and she nearly slipped as she started to run again. Careful...now, where is everyone? She was growing increasingly concerned and wasn't watching the ground, instead looking at the trees and surrounding area.

Mable activated a whip trap on the last step, it lashed at her left leg, tying around it. It was made out of metal yet didn't hurt at all. It was tied, making it impossible to get out of.

message 23: by [deleted user] (new)

((Sorry I'm back!!))

Mabel squealed as the whip trap tied around her leg, knocking her over. She hit the ground hard, groaning as she looked up. "Wha-" she started, then saw the thing attached to her leg. Her leg didn't hurt, but her arm was slightly sore from where she landed on it. She sat up further and looked around, trying to see who had trapped her. Mabel began fingering the trap, trying to figure a way to get loose. Come on, there's got to be a way. My team needs me, our plan will fall apart...

Mazo slowly strolled over to her, taking a cautious path. "Looks like you managed to get trapped in one of the like 20 traps out here." She said, she was in full camo, having been watching from the trees, alerted by the noise. "I feel like this game is kinda rigged, we have me, who can force people away from an area and set traps like that one. We have somebody who can control water and somebody who can teleport." She said, tagging her.

Well not where they are located. Plus Mable already knows there are traps considering one just got her)

Adeline | 35 comments ((I mean the whole teleportation thing - Tass hasn't been around much and he definitely hasn't used his ability in front of others before this game so eee))

message 28: by [deleted user] (new)

Mabel struggled, tugging on the trap. She gasped as Mazo approached and her eyes widened. A small smile appeared on her face. "Thanks for that...useful bit of information," she said, still pulling on her leg. What to do, what to do. She racked her brain for something, anything to do to get free. Getting out of the trap was one problem, but if the whole area was rigged, she needed a plan or she would get trapped again. That is if I get free in the first place.

"Welp, I'm one of the defenders and you are on our side of the field so you have been captured." She said with a chuckle, having officially tagged her now. She then blindfolded Mable as she undid the trap and reset it. (It's a burry trap which is why she is able to reset it so quick, just rewind it and put some dirt over it.) She then picked Mable off and took her to the area they are keeping their P.O.Ws.

message 30: by [deleted user] (new)

Mabel groaned, realizing that she should have been more careful. After the excitement of crossing their line without being captured, she had completely forgotten about the "tagging" rule. "Ugh. Fine. Off to jail for me." She sighed, wincing as Mazo blindfolded her and carried her away. "I can walk, you know," she said. Harlow better have made it, if not, we're doomed. She could feel Mazo stepping over logs and through the forest, but had no clue where they ended up.

"Ya, but I don't want you knowing where all the traps are and where I'm gonna plant more." She said with a smirk, although not visible to Mable it was obvious with her voice. She set her in the area designated for those captured, it only has a few paths in and even less that are not trapped. She set Mable down and began to further trap the place, an expert could get one into the ground in 10 seconds, however due to her handicap (Pun intended) and medium experience it takes her 20 seconds on average, she bought a few hundred of them though so it is still gonna take time to turn it into a living hell.

message 32: by [deleted user] (new)

((SOOO sorry I'm back))

"Gahhh alright then," she said, biting her lip. There's got to be a way. She listened to Mazo moving around, but couldn't hear what was going on besides some twigs snapping and leaves rustling. A bead of sweat rolled down her face, despite the evening approaching, the day was still quite warm. Mabel shifted slightly on the ground, blinking underneath the blindfold. She thought hard, finally concocting a sort-of plan. "Now can you take this stupid thing off?"
