No, not in this challenge, sorry. :-( I tried to model the number of books for the challenge closely to what people know from the Harry Potter book/film about the number of competitors.

Hello, Triwizard competitors,
the Challenge has now officially begun. The Challenge page is also ready for entries if you like: https://www.goodreads.com/challenges/...
(This doesn't mean, however, that it's too late to join. As this isn't a Team Challenge, everybody can join at any point in May. :-) )

I finished Crooked Kingdom, that's 1 point!

Updated!
Now half the participants have finished at least one book already!
Edit: It seems that many of your challenge shelves don't update properly. Only one person has one book counted while there are 8 finished books registered here:
Go to the challenge page where you can see your progress. Click "view books" - you will probably see all your books there. Go back to the challenge and refresh the page. Now you should see all the progress you've made!

Participants will be asked to read three books which each have at least one character in them who can 'do magic' in the broadest sense:
A character doing card tricks, pulling rabbits from tophats or successfully pretending to be a medium or fortune teller counts as much as your classic corpse-raising necromancer, fireball-throwing warlock, potion-brewing witch or star-gazing prophet. These characters don't have to be the main characters either.
Duration: May 1-31, 2021
Registration:
Everyone can join in at any given time of the duration of the challenge, just by saying so in this topic. Registration is open now!
Rules:
1) Read 3 books with at least one character who can 'do magic'.
2) Any such book counts as long as it's finished in May.
3) The first book gives you 1 point, the second 2, the third 3 - and if you manage to squeeze in another fourth "unexpected" book, that's another 5 points.
4) Make a post for each book you finish for the challenge in this topic.
5) Don't forget to pledge books on the Challenge's page after creating a challenge shelf. (How to join a challenge-page-challenge)
6) Have fun!
