Personality: Horizon is a bit of mystery. At times peppy and upbeat, always up for a game or joke — other times moody and closed, dangerous to be around. She doesn’t seem to have emotions though, just attitudes. Though Horizon seems like a fluffhead at times, never turn your back on her. With this girl, lies are a pastime and trickery is the name of the game. You gotta be tough for this job — and she is. Horizon is sarcastic by nature and sassy by trade. A menace to the sane and danger to the innocent.
- Aaaaaaaaaanyways, she tries, she really does. Horizon does everything she can to fit in, but it’s just never enough. Still, she’s strong in will, wit, and war - cunning beyond her years. Horizon never forgets a face. She also has a thing for poison, so watch out. Little Milos also has found an enjoyable pastime and hobby in pestering the Capitol Officials to death. It may be the knowing smirk or haughty eyes, but she can always find a way to get under their skin. But hey, she’s a Gamemaker. What can they do to her?

History: Horizon’s past isn’t unlike many stories, yet it holds its own share of twists and turns to where the story goes. Daughter of a long-ago Victor, she practically grew up with the Games. Hailing from District 1 and growing up in the Victor’s Village, Horizon always had the best of everything and beyond. Popular by legacy and reputation, everyone knew of the Little Milos who would soon take her place as Victor beside her father. Buuut, things didn’t really go as planned. (view spoiler)

Other: Horizon is a touch-me-not. Ever since she was very young, the girl has always hated physical contact, and now is so jumpy she’s downright dangerous. As a reflex, she nearly always lashes out blindly at the slightest touch. So, be careful — she isn’t often without a firearm.

Ah, shit. Maybe not like that, then.
Personality: Kalisse can be sweet and friendly, full of love and passion. She can always have your back, be the best listener and best friend you could ever ask for. She can also be one of the most passionate lover you’ll find, whatever gender you are –though she’ll probably have more chances of liking you if you’re a girl—and if you ever have the chance to date her, you better believe she’ll stay loyal to you. She loves having chaotic fun, having best friends, and doing some of the stupidest shit out there. She couldn’t care less about rules, and is very much chaotic when it comes to planning the Games. She loves her job beyond reality, but she’ll only give you a finished arena design the very day of the deadline – though the idea will be great. She has a short attention span, a love for party, and well, she’s gotta admit, a thing for drugs. She tries out a lot of different things without settling for one idea, and they usually end up in a lot of failure, and Kalisse laughing a little too hard. But she hates people telling her what to do and won’t hesitate to snap back at you. She does what she fuckin’ wants to do and she’ll let everyone know. If you get on her bad side, she’s very prone to booby trapping your room, or some other crazy revenge shit, but never actually physically attack you - - she’s too weak for that. Though she does have a certain passion for fire and phoenixes, so if you really piss her off, she might set something on fire…your room…your plans…your clothes…your body… She always wants to be with someone romantically, and can be very seductive if she wants too. The only times she is really serious is when she is with friends or with lovers and they want her to be serious. And she doesn’t mind it. She has underlying securities about her success, but she hides them under deep layers of chaos. Though she may sometimes use lovers to drown her pain when she hurts inside, and in those cases, is prone to choose someone bad for her.

History: Gamemaking was definitely not her first idea of a Career. Though she was born in the Capitol, she wasn’t ever really part of the high up hierarchy of riches. Sure, she was rich enough to live comfortably and enjoy her time living, but nobody really knew her name except for her friends. Though she lived well, she went through a heavy depressive phase, which drew her into drugs. She managed to keep addiction at bay and fight her depression, but she still retains darker thoughts that she tries to drown in her manic attitude and the occasional rave party. After that whole very dark place in her life, she started getting interested in the Games. Got invested, got impassionated by these tales of blood, woe, and death. It was gorgeous, how these people died with so much tragedy, there was something so poetic, something artful about it. She started betting on tributes, and gained quite the reputation for being lucky, and thus good at betting. Thanks to this reputation, she met some more important people who quickly saw potential within her, especially within her passion for arenas. They suggested she should train as Gamemaker, but she knew she didn’t have enough money. But after a few deals and socializing, she managed to get someone high up society to sponsor her into Gamemaking school. After graduating from the school and starting one-on-one mentoring, she could tell that she wanted to be the arena design specialist. She became particularly known for liking to make particularly tribute-friendly arenas, because she enjoyed seeing the dichotomy between them being happy of all the resources they got, and then being coldly murdered.

ℙ𝕖𝕣𝕤𝕠𝕟𝕒𝕝𝕚𝕥𝕪: To put it simply, Persephone's kind of a b*tch. She's sadistic and murderous, and almost always has a poisonously sweet tone in her voice. She's also a bit of a control freak and impressively stubborn so everything has to be exactly how she perceives as perfect. She's very sarcastic and can be quite rude, but she is very intelligent. She's also vindictive and holds grudges for a long time. Her incredible intelligence seems to almost strengthen each of these attributes. However, buried deep beneath all this, she's got a soft spot for one person: her fellow Gamemaker, Kalisse. Before she met Kalisse, she was always a player, breaking the hearts of her playthings one at a time. But this all changed when she met Kalisse, and now, she's loyal to her, and (only around Kalisse) is a caring, protective sweetheart who loves to spoil. She refuses to act this way towards anyone else, though.

𝕊𝕜𝕚𝕝𝕝𝕤: Persephone is amazing at designing things to do exactly their job, and even do a better job than they were designed to do, perhaps. She, as mentioned before, is very intelligent and one good thing about her stubbornness is that she's very committed to what she does or wants to do and never gives up. She's also really good at getting her way.

𝕎𝕖𝕒𝕜𝕟𝕖𝕤𝕤𝕖𝕤: Persephone has an alcohol problem. She'll immediately gravitate towards anything that will get her drunk because she just enjoys it so much. Kalisse also introduced her to drugs, but she never really got into any other than smoking pot, which is now bordering on an addiction. She's also quite stubborn and vindictive, as mentioned before, which can get her into trouble sometimes.

ℍ𝕚𝕤𝕥𝕠𝕣𝕪: Persephone remains really secretive about her past. The only one she's ever opened up to about it is Kalisse, and she still hasn't told her many things. The only things she's ever said were that she was adopted and her adoptive family abused her (it could be speculated that this is what caused her to be such a "terrible" person) and that she ran away at age sixteen and took on a whole new life, including changing her name and drastically changing her appearance. She's never said what her name was before she changed it or what she looked like before all the plastic surgery and hair dye, and also hasn't said anything else about her history, preferring to keep it all private. But one of the main reasons she has substance abuse issues is because it helps her forget everything that happened in her past.

ℍ𝕚𝕤𝕥𝕠𝕣𝕪: When she was 11 her parents got divorced and her father took custody. Her father was broke as shit, so they couldn’t get much to eat. They survived of off the land. They picked berries and hunted for meat, and other things to get food. Once they got their food, they returned home. But she didn’t really mind the lifestyle all that much. She was pretty used to it after awhile. When Ellinor turned 17 her mother died. Even though Ellinor wasn’t close to her mother she still grieved, it was hard on her. This is when she stopped being social. Elly joined the gamemakers academy for the money. If she became a game maker then she could support her father in a way she never could before. Instead of feeling like a burden she would feel useful.
