In any case, if you want a copy please send me a message with your name and either a physical address if you want a hard copy, or an email address if you would like an e-copy. I will collect the requests and forward to Henry Holt. The hard copies will be first come first served. If they have all been spoken for when I get your message, I will ask you to provide an email address for an e-copy.
