Hey! I heard there is a theory that suggests that Snape is alive. According to it, it is that Snape had created an anti-snake venom and cured the bite from Nagini. Now he lives somewhere away from wizarding worlds. Proof is that Harry did not see Snape when he used the resurrection stone. There is more to it I guess. What do you think about it?

Well I think he is dead - but I really hope that he's alive! I like the character so much and it would be great if he came back to meet Harry.

Hmm..well I think he is dead as the theory suggests that he did not see Snape while using the resurrection stone I guess its because in his mind defeating voldemort was the thing. He realised about Snape later after everything was settled.

Yeah, I read about that theory before but I personally think it's far-fetched. Snape was clearly dead even before Harry moved away from him; his eyes were said to have gone black & empty so I can't see how he must've retrieved a cure when he was clearly dead. He also couldn't have been faking.

Interesting idea either way though.

I don’t think he would have just disappeared if he had lived. I belive he died. Snape had a very hard life, and if he had lived, I think instead of disappearing off the face of the earth, or whatever, he would have been extremely unhappy, not gonna lie. Everyone still believed he killed Albus Dumbledore, and he did, but not in the way they thought. Everyone hated him when he was headmaster. He lived knowing Voldemort could kill him at any moment. He was brave, very brave, and being extremely unhappy, I think he would have tried to connect with all the other teachers, and build a new life without Voldemort. Severus Snape died. Sorry, folks.
