FLASHLIGHT READERS discussion

It's poetry day on Sunday - March 21st - and they're going to project poetry on important landmarks in London, so if you live close by, lucky you!! If you don't, no worries, there's this challenge for you to have fun with!

In this challenge, each team will be given a list to complete. You will read the poems listed and the team that finishes all items on their list first wins!

TEAM POETS:
- Read a poem by Shakespeare
- Read a poem by Carol Ann Duffy
- Read a poem by Lewis Carol
- Read a poem by Alfred, Lord Tennyson

TEAM LIMERICKS:
- Read a poem about a witch
- Read a poem about death
- Read a poem about cats
- Read a poem about a vegetable
- Read a poem about a ghost

TEAM PROSE POETRY:
- Read a poem with only one word in the title
- Read a poem three pages long
- Read a poem written in third person
- Read a poem with less than five lines

TEAM SONNETS:
- Read a sonnet
- Read a poetry collection
- Read prose poetry
- Read a haiku
- Read an epic

I'm okay with anything! Reading poetry doesn't take much time, so we can do it. You can also cancel the challenge if you want.

If we are having the challenge, a lot of poems aren't available on goodreads as books, so how do we log them in?

Don't worry, just write the poem and the poetry collection you read it from :)
