The man who created him was named Akimitsu, and while the man is a criminal, he is the reason for his existence, hence why he wants it a part of his name. So, he has two last names.

Personality/Characteristics

General Personality/Mood: He's usually pretty calm most of the time and even seems pretty indifferent. He does well under pressure and doesn't really lose his composer very much. He seems more like a child than anything, very impressionable, and does as he's told. He seems pretty ignorant to most things, much like an inexperienced child who hasn't seen the world. His thought process is pretty simple and it's not very hard to understand it if you just know him. He's not a very complicated person after all. He seems pretty serious, but he's more of a soldier conditioned to doing what he's told. Not much phases him, but that's mainly because he doesn't care much for his life.
Temper: He doesn't have much of one. It'd definitely be an experience to see him angry. He does seem to emphasize with children with awful parents and doesn't like when people hurt children.

Strengths: He's very simple and doesn't overthink things. He's calm even in difficult situations and doesn't really show much emotion,
Weaknesses: He's simple. It's not very hard to understand him or anything, which could be a disadvantage as much as it's an advantage. He's also not very empathetic and doesn't really understand most things, so he doesn't really connect with others easily.

Quirk

Quirk Name: Solar Manipulation + Wings
Explanation of Quirk: Despite how it sounds, it's more or so one quirk, just a mutation. His quirk is very similar to Hawks, but his allows him to basically absorb light from the sun. He has a few special moves, such as flash bomb where he can shoot his feathers off somewhere and it creates a huge, blinding flash. Another where he can cover himself and hide behind his wings, allowing him to refract the light around him to turn "invisible". He can gather all the energy/light from his wings and collect it to one point in his wings and shoot off an energy beam. It's a one-time last resort move though. He can absorb light from the sun, however, if it's not out or if it's covered, it takes a few hours to charge up. However, if it's out, usually it replenishes immediately unless he uses it quicker than he can replenish it. His quirk also blinds him as well, so unless he has the special goggles, he'll be blinded. He cannot absorb the light that he released from his body, despite it being solar energy, as he can only absorb directly from the sun. His feathers do grow back, and his wings heal at a faster rate than the rest of his body, but because of this, his body doesn't really heal all that well, healing slower than that of a normal person. Injuries to his body can be fatal because of this. He can fly for up to 30 minutes without rest, but after that, he needs to rest for a while before flying again, otherwise, he might fall out of the sky. Using the light aspect of his quirk to its limit and using all of the solar energy stored up can cause him to pass out or become extremely drained. Other than what he uses solar energy for with his quirk, he needs that solar energy for his body as well. Like a plant, without that energy, he shuts off. If it becomes completely depleted, he'll be out for days while his body recharges. It's similar to photosynthesis, he converts that energy to energy for his body. He's highly dependant on that light and if he pushes himself too far, it may even lead to organ failure. He also needs to consume a lot of sugar as well, as his quirk takes up a lot of energy.
WeaponsTools/Equipment: His hero costume consists of goggles that block out most light, as well as metal plates that absorb solar energy quickly and stores it within his costume. Other than that, he doesn't carry weapons as his feathers are good enough of a weapon, them being similar to hawks' feathers. His hero costume is made using the same material his wings are made out of, using his feathers as a guide. So, he can transfer the solar energy to the rest of his body and fully become invisible, covering himself with his wings or not. It still uses up his energy, so if he runs out of solar energy, he'll no longer be able to stay invisible.

Physical Strength: Physically, he's pretty strong as he works out a lot.
Psychological Strength: He's not that strong psychologically. He's more of a child mentally, as he's not used to everything and is used to only being spoonfed information. He's naive and probably a bit too trusting, despite the things he's been through. Just like a five-year-old child, he doesn't know better.
Leadership Skills: He's definitely a follower rather than a leader. He's used to taking orders, not giving them.

Cooperation: He's pretty cooperative. He's willing to do everything he's told without so much as a question or doubt.
Intelligence: He's pretty intelligent technically. He absorbs information like crazy and is actually pretty perceptive, it just takes a few moments to fully absorb it. It's quite clear, if you watch him for a while, that he just wasn't taught much about most things. He can understand things in a technical sense, like facts and stuff, but things involving emotions usually go over his head.
Confidence: It's unclear, as he's not exactly in tune with his emotions. He's pretty indifferent, so whether or not he's confident in himself is pretty irrelevant to him. He's not confident, but he's not self-conscious either, just indifferent.
Endurance: He trains and exercises a lot, so his endurance is pretty high.

History

Early Childhood (Birth - Age 6): He was created by a man who went by the name Akimitsu. He wanted to create a weapon he could use whenever he pleased, so he took the DNA of two people. Hawks and a Hispanic woman he had grown to love for her beauty. After years and years of combining this two DNA and a lot of failures, Asuna was eventually created. For years and years, the man instilled obedience into the child. To not fight back against him, to listen to his every word and whim.

Mid Childhood (Age 7 - Age 13): By the time he was ten years old, the man had found out that he had been discovered and there were people looking for him. He sent the child out into the city to create a distraction, told him to cause chaos within the city. The child, like a robot being programmed, did exactly that. He created a distraction good enough for the man to getaway. It wasn't until a hero had told him to stop that he stopped doing everything. After creating much chaos and being taken in by the authorities, they soon discovered why he was that way. They took the child into a government program where they taught him a bunch of things, though, they only fed him a few things much like the man did, trying to manipulate the information he absorbed. Putting ideas of justice and such, heroism. The male never cared much for it but did as he told. Do as they told him, take down 'bad guys', protect people like women and children.

Mod

Teenage Years (Age 14 - Age 17): By the time he was seventeen years of age, word soon got to the pro hero hawks. The child was a top-secret "project" that was leaked out to the top pro hero Deku, who told Hawks of it, seeing as the child was created using his DNA. Hawks eventually managed to talk with the people and took the child under his wing. He couldn't be around him too much, but he was still permitted a bit more freedom for a few years, more than he had been before.

Young Adult (Age 18 - Age 21): By the time the child reached the age of twenty, under the influence of his father, he soon began disconnecting himself from the people who had kept him since he was a child and was gaining a bit more freedom. He no longer lived in their facilities, but a place of his own. He got a job under his own decision, one at U.A. He was still a hero as he had no idea what else to do, as he was taught only two things growing up, how to be a villain and how to be a hero.

Adult (Age 21+): He now works as the head of security of U.A. He helps with the kid's training and occasionally does hero work when requested or when help is needed. He's still pretty obedient and is still getting used to this whole freedom thing. He follows similar procedures he did under their care though, like training constantly and such.
