Let's discuss chapters 11-18 here.

Jennifer | 22 comments Well having a couple things pop back in her memory slowly, she's not really liking who she has become. She's still curious why her and Nick are divorcing and still has so much to remember. I just cannot imagine not remembering my children and the joy thy have brought me. Part of her wants to "stay" where is she is.

I feel the same Jennifer! I can’t imagine not remembering my kids. This book definitely has me thinking about my own life. If I lost the last 10 years, I wouldn’t know my kids and I would’ve missed my own wedding (this year is our 10th anniversary). Though I think I’m the same person, my life circumstances were a lot different 10 years ago lol. I also really feel for Alice. I can see how her story could be triggering for some. I’m not normally into trigger warnings, but Alice’s story was a bit unexpected going into the book. Also, I’m still very curious about what happened to Nick and Alice’s marriage. Hopefully in the next section we’ll get some more answers :)

Mike | 56 comments It would be such a trip to lose 10 years of memories. At this point it might not be so dramatic for my mind to go from 50 years old to 40 personality wise, but I'd probably be shocked at how tired and sore I felt after an activity. Ha! Still the technology and pop culture would be a trip...I laughed out loud when Alice asked her sister "Are Angelina and Brad friends of yours?" Such an interesting concept and I'm looking forward to uncovering more details around Gina and the split with Nick.

Yes Mike, the jump in technology alone would trip me up lol! I’m not very tech savvy, so I’d be lost!
