-Tell someone, if not a parent a friend or teacher
-Stand up to the bullies
-Ignore the bullies and go out of your way to avoid them
-Block them
-Tell the police if it is really bad

Shawna Finnigan (sugoishawn) | 121 comments Dealing with bullying is so hard because a lot of the flaws with how we currently address bullying happens in the high ranks of social media managers, police leaders, and school administration. I wish that there was a way that we could force leaders into learning about what bullying actually looks like and what punishments are appropriate for bullies.

For victims of bullying, an important way to deal with it is to go to therapy. Having a mental health expert to talk to who will 100% support you and who'll listen to anything you have to say is so important.

I agree that it's really helpful for victims of bullying to have someone to talk to, whether it's a therapist or a close friend or family member who they trust. Dealing with bullying itself is already super stressful and hurtful, but holding it in and not talking about it has a really bad effect on the victim's mental health.
