What are your thoughts on pay equality?

I believe everyone should be paid the same for the same work. Gender shouldn't even be a criteria for that. It's just ridiculous that even big companies don't pay women equally.

i think it's just common sense. what is the point to paying someone less just for their sex? that's so stupid
