Born a Crime by Trevor Noah - My Review
I recommend this to anyone who likes reading memoirs and is also interesting in learning about systemic racism and apartheid in South Africa. Trevor Noah is also really funny, and I highly recommend watching The Daily Show!
With the Fire on High by Elizabeth Acevedo - My Review
This was a fun lighthearted read and you would enjoy this if you read The Poet X. It's about Emoni Santiago who is a teen mom and wants to become a chef. She is in search of purpose and balance in her really busy life. There's also a little bit of romance.
A Long Way Gone by Ishmael Beah - My Review
This was a beautiful yet challenging memoir about a boy who was forced to fight in a civil war and murder many people as a soldier. It deals with him processing his trauma and his motivation to make the world a better place. Again, I recommend this if you like memoirs!
Dumpty by John Lithgow - My Review
This was a satirical poetry collection from actor, John Lithgow. I thought most of them were pretty funny!
Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo - My Review
I LOVE THIS BOOK. I definitely recommend reading this book at least once (even if you don't like fantasy or heist novels).
Scarlet by Marissa Meyer - My Review
This is the second book in The Lunar Chronicles. I thought Cinder was kind of meh, but I decided to give this one a shot because I heard the series gets better. And it's true! I enjoyed this one a lot more than Cinder! This is a great read if you like fantasy and romance, but I recommend reading Cinder before you read this or nothing will make sense lol.
Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë - My Review
Honestly, I wasn't a fan of this book, but I recommend reading this if you're into classics (and also abusive men...)
Burn Our Bodies Down - My Review
This was such a cool novel! It's a horror/mystery novel, and it's one of those books that had me thinking about it a long time after I'd finished it. Recommend this for Stephen King fans but there's a bit more mystery than there is horror!
Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine - My Review
I loved all of the characters in this novel so much! This was a really popular novel last year that I never got around to reading. I recommend this to everyone honestly lol.

I didn't read much this March. It was like a small reading slump. But even though it wasn't the best reading month, I completed the most prompts in another team readathon challenge in another group. It was amazing! One of my team members commented in our discussion thread and I just could believe my eyes! But thankfully, I do now!
April is full of challenges. It'll be hard to keep up, but I'll do it!
