Mid-21st century London is overrun with teenage gangs fighting the ghosts of Britain’s liberal past. A disillusioned lobbyist and washed-up politician pin their hopes on an unstable tech entrepreneur. And a girl, tracked by her friends and a pair of undertrained agents, has her brain hacked and is exiled amongst the people she most despises.

Benjamin Garratt’s dystopian novel follows idealistic outsiders from three intertwined eras and questions whether living in history can help us avoid making the mistakes of the future.

If I were to give this a rating, it would be PG-13
