I enjoyed this book, although some stories were better than others. I love Magnus Bane and he was the reason why I bought this book. I also enjoyed the other characters that briefly appeared in the stories. My least favorite story would be "What Really Happened in Peru." This story just bored me and I had a difficult time enjoying it. My favorite story was "The Curse of True Love." I though it was really cute. I would definitely buy a next book. Magnus Bane is my favorite character in the Mortal Instrument Series and the Infernal Devices Series.
I'm currently reading these stories and love the majority of them. "What Really Happened In Peru" has been my least favorite so far, but I'm only on "The Rise of the Hotel Dumort." I think it's really cool to see a different perspective on characters we already know and love and their development throughout the different series. Plus.. Bane is my favorite character by far.
It wasn't my favorite Cassandra Clare book but I did enjoy seing the different points of view of stories we heard about in other books.
Currently reading it, only read What Really Happened in Peru so far and I couldn't stop cracking up. Drunk Bane was the best.
I really loved both TMI and TID but I thought this book was lacking a bit. Parts of it were hilarious - I'm thinking specifically about Magnus and a certain roommate he had temporarily. I also enjoyed hearing about Magnus and Ragnor, and their complicated but funny relationship. This makes me uncertain as to whether I'd like the upcoming tales of the Shadowhunter Academy.

I might just hold off for Lady Midnight, which could be great.
I just started reading this! But I've read one story before it came out as a whole book. I think that was a story about Will, Tessa, and James and Magnus.

I loved the book overall, but it took me a little while to get into it. By the end though, I was laughing so much.My favourite ones were the ones involving past characters. It was like visiting old friends.
And I can't get enough Herondales :')
I loved the book! it was hilarious and i was literally crying of laughter in some parts! i like that part in what really happened in peru when magnus wants to turn into cactus and stuff!
Some of those stories were just DUMB in my opinion. I really enjoyed a couple though. As much as I love the Shadowhunter world she created, I'm just done with it. Ready to move on. I read TID first, and love, love, LOVED those! I was super excited to read TMI. Eh. The characters drove me crazy. Except Bane, which is why I read this. And I'm glad I did. But I don't think I'm going to pick up anything else related to this world again. Unless I'm re-reading TID - which I think I'll do next week!
