I’m looking for Persuasion retellings. I’ve read some older ones (Wentworth’s Diary, etc) and recently Mr. Darcy’s Persuasion. Does anyone have any recommendations? I’m also looking for the title of a more recent book where Col Fitzwilliam is paired with Jane Bennet.

I am not sure if you have read any of these and most of them are on my TBR List as I haven't read many Persuasion Variations but I hope this helps. Fantasy Persuasion Variation
Intuition: A Fantasy Austen Retelling
The Dragons of Kellynch
Kellynch: Dragon Persuasion
Once Upon A Second Chance (Also Modern Day)Persuasion Crossovers with other Austenesque Books
Miss Darcy's Beaux: A Persuasion, Mansfield Park and Pride and Prejudice ContinuationModern Day / Contemporary Persuasion

Persuasion: A Latter-day TaleHere are a few Persuasion Listopia Lists that may help as well.
Modern versions of Persuasion
Derivatives of Jane Austen's Persuasion
Persuasion Obsessed
Good Luck and I hope you find something that interests you.
As for your looking for a recent book where Colonel Fitzwilliam is paired with Jane Bennet, I am not sure which one you are looking for but here is a book I voted for on the Listopia Colonel Fitzwilliam List that I added a note about Colonel Fitzwilliam being paired with Jane in.
Mr. Darcy's Refuge: A Pride & Prejudice Variation
A modern-day Persuasion adaptation is Resolution by Claire M. Johnson. And I’d like to get everyone excited about a Persuasion prequel that’s not yet out but I was lucky enough to read in manuscript: Celestial Persuasion by Mirta Trupp (ouch! Autocorrect tried to make that “Trump”!). Watch for it!
‘Persuade Me’ Juliet Archer. ‘Find Wonder in all things’ Karen M Cox.
‘The Marrying Type’ Laura Chapman.
‘Captain Wentworth’s Persuasion’ Regina Jeffers.
‘Captain Wentworth home from the sea’ Mary L. Simonsen.
Hope these help. Enjoy.
Have you checked out the JAFF index. There is a select by novel button that pick Persuasion and it comes up with a list of stories. In the index you can also select stories with certain pairings. Hope that helps.

https://www.goodreads.com/review/list... Hopefully this link will go through. I began compiling a list of persuasion related books on goodreads.
Sheila wrote: "Determination: A Pride & Prejudice Variation"Thank you Sheila! That is the one I was looking for.
I read a book in the past, cannot remember the name. In which Jane marries a big tall man (Tanner?) after Bingley leaves. They all meet up again at a ball in Town. Driving me bonkers that I can't recall it.
In Ardently: A Pride and Prejudice Variation, Jane marries a man named Turner who is a "great hulking fellow" but they meet at Bath, not in London.
Jennifer Joy has a character named Tanner in her mystery series beginning with The Honorable Mr. Darcy. The character is a big man and D's illegitimate brother. I think he eventually marries Mrs. Annesley.
Thanks Rose! Ardently is the story and Turner, that was the name. I foresee a reread of that one soon
Abigail wrote: "And I’d like to get everyone excited about a Persuasion prequel that’s not yet out but I was lucky enough to read in manuscript: Celestial Persuasion by Mirta Trupp..."So cool to see all these Persuasion recs, everyone, and Abigail, I'm excited to read Trupp's prequel! Another forthcoming Persuasion that I just found out about yesterday was Riana Everly's modern variation. She read an excerpt from her work in progress at the JAFF Writer/Reader Get Together on Zoom yesterday. It was great! Now I'm blanking on the name of Everly's WIP, something to do with music...Variations? Anyway, in this version, Anne is a composer and Frederick is a conductor. I thought Everly's prose was beautiful, and I love the premise...so I'm keeping an eye out for that one, for sure!
Got another in the works to add to the stack: Kelly Miller (author of Death Takes a Holiday at Pemberley and Accusing Mr. Darcy, among others) is writing a Persuasion variation expected to release in the fall.
