Books in the Freezer discussion

Just joined today. Was hoping someone can explain the 2021 challenge to me. I"m not sure if we read a book a month? A week?
I see lots of prompts but it seems like new ones every week?

What's everyone's thoughts on dark thrillers, literary w/horror leanings, or other adjacent types of lit for this challenge?

I'm new to the pod this year, caught up on a lot of episodes, and it seems like a lot of horror-adjacent makes it into the podcast, so I'm thinking it would be ok for the challenge. Tons of stuff I want to read falls in this grey area!

I'm with you, too, Dana. Challenges are meant to be fun. If it's something you think you might hear discussed on the podcast, seems like fair game to me.
