This Lullaby discussion

In "This Lullaby" by Sarah Dessen many conflicts occur. In this teen novel Remy Starr does not have such a good life for someone who just graduated college. Her dad is not in her life and her mom (Barbara Starr) has been married numerous times. She doesn't like to think of the word love, since her family really doesn't know the meaning of it. While going to her mother's work which is a car dealership she meets a guy (Dexter Jones) who changed her perspective on love. She always talks about him with her friends, Chole and Lisa. I do recommend this book to my peers. It gives you a different aspect on love and how it affects others. Not everything is what it it seems in this book. You think you know what is going to happen then it all changes just by a turn of a page. This book would be the perfect item to read when you need something to keep you on the edge of your seat.
