Carmichael Library Sci-Fi (Virtual) Book Club discussion

Martha Wells will be making an appearance on Worldbuilders Weekly on April 20 at 10am on their Twitch channel (twitch.tv/Worldbuilders) In addition to being able to preorder Fugitive Telemetry on their site, Worldbuilders is also releasing an exclusive t-shirt design.

If you are not familiar with Worldbuilders, they raise money through charity by selling all kinds of author goodies. Lots of different SFF authors have merch available there.

I have no idea why they would pick that for the t-shirt. The picture doesn't go with the saying. Where's Murderbot in the corner? I would buy a t-shirt if it had something else on it. I did end up buying a mystery t-shirt for $10.00. It will probably be red but I won't complain (a lot).

I've requested our library buy the ebook. Hopefully that will put me first on the list when it comes out.

What surprised me when I just checked it is that it's a design they've actually had for a while. I thought that they had added a new one due to the upcoming book release. I interpreted the picture as being some sort of viewing screen with Sanctuary Moon being streamed/projected/whatever on it.

Oh, that makes more sense. I was wondering what in the heck it was supposed to be.

FYI - you can get free masks. You only have to pay for postage. I got two and they are graphic/comic book fabric. Pretty cool.
