The book:
--The current version of the Sage and the Scarecrow is a significantly revised version of a novel I published in 2003.
--The book is short: around 200 pages.
--The book is especially good for those who like literary fiction and philosophy.
--You'll probably like this book if you've read: Catcher in the Rye, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, or Sophie's World
--You'll probably NOT like this book if you read mostly YA, chicklit, or thrillers.

The Synopsis:
Six months after his father has died from cancer, Pierce finds himself in a state of anxiety and crisis. In his mind, there are two worlds. I am interested in your work. As it is, I walk the fine line between literary fiction and the other genres you mentioned. I read and love all of them, including literary fiction. But I tend to write more of literary fiction, so I believe we'll click. I know I will love your novel. The blurb itself is already captivating. And what do you know? Philosophy excites me!
