"Energy Art" as a movement? Never heard of it. Altho I suppose a case could be made for Abstract Expressionism within that context.
I threw the question out there because I'd never heard of it but when I was googling art it came up with some images. But I think you're right, Geoffrey, Kinetic Art. That makes sense.

My voice is in my paintings, telling stories of the journey of GETTING TO THE POINT, where THE INNER and THE OUTER, THE ONE and THE MANY, merge in peace. How close we are – ART can tell.

I recall that it was art that moved or could be moved by the spectator. For example, a box of sand with different size pointed stilos for the spectator to inscribe on or a sculptural piece of many parts akin to the MOUSE TRAP GAME.Also, I believe those setups by which thousands of ítems are lines up in an extensively spacious warehouse and each falling domino knocks down its neighbor and after four minutes all are on their sides.
I recall seeing my first kinetic art piece in Edinburgh 1966 at a small gallery on the KINGS ROW and I aksed the owner if it was kinetic art and he said yes.
