Peter Pan:
Unlike in the legends and stories about him, he is not kind or gentle. He is a brute, a bully, and above all, an asshole who always get's what he wants. He is around 275 years of age, but appears to be in his late teens, around 17 or 18. He doesn't have a shadow attached to him, his shadow is a living thing.
Peter has a child named Rumplestiltskin, and abandoned him so he could be immortal and be young forever.
Pan's real name is Malcom, though no one knows that.

Pan has a magic flute that only boys who feel unloved can hear, this flute is how he got the name 'The Pied Piper' because he played it and boys left their homes and went to Neverland with him.

Pan's Shadow:
Pan's Shadow is feared by all, almost as terrifying as Pan himself. He is a dark mass in the shape of Peter Pan, and is not attached to Pan's body. At times (very rarely, almost never) the shadow is able to take on Peter Pans human appearance. He is often not on Neverland because he's out finding children to bring back to Neverland.

The Lost Boy's:
The lost boys are Peter Pans most loyal followers. They are boys, from ages 12- 19, that felt unloved, and so Peter Pan took them back to Neverland with him. Most boys are older, but a good amount are younger, with a couple few who are only 1-12. To be a lost boy you must feel unloved, and all lost boys are able to hear Peter Pans magic flute.

The Lost Girls:
Rarely, if ever, does a girl feel unloved enough to become a lost girl. Their are only 3, and only one has power in the gang. Being a lost girl is hard, with constant struggles and constantly being on guard.

Fairy's:
These guys are not bad, nor are they good. Only a rare handful have the power to shrink, have wings, use pixie dust, and have magic. Most, if not all, are cast out's who's power has been stripped from them and are now basic humans. Each of them has the ability to unlock their powers again, but that requires great confidence and hope, and usually kills the fairy.

Pirates:
Lead by Captain Killian Jones, better known as Captain Hook, these pirates are the worst of the worst. No manners, dangerous, and complete pigs you don't want to cross paths with these guys. Their are 2 females aboard, prisoners from London that have turned to piracy. The pirates fight with everyone, whether they are their allies or enemies, it doesn't matter.

Mermaids:
These bitches are pure evil. Cannibalistic meat eaters with a gorgeous exterior, you don't want to be near these girls. Armed with rows of shark teeth and razor sharp nails, these half fish half human women are not to be messed with. They rarely attack Pan and the lost boys, but other females are their bitter enemies. They despise fairy's and pirates.
