Goodreads Authors/Readers discussion

I keep getting GoodReads emails that Anna5072 has commented on my reviews and when I click the link it takes me to an item on Amazon (shelves) when I check on GoodReads there's no comment.
Anyone else getting anything like this?

Yup, I got it and then just blocked it. Seems to be a weird scam but not sure what they / she / it hopes to gain from it.

And you can wipe the review, I did.

It's really weird, not at all sure what they're hoping to achieve. I've had about five but by the time I see the email they've already deleted the review, just leaving me with a trip to Amazon. When I searched for them on here I couldn't find their account, so I've not been able to block them.
There's some weird people with too much time on their hands.
