ok it's between two choices
1. simulcast
has the ability to mimic anything in motion, redirecting that force at his opponent at the same speed and force. but the user has to see the person do it to use it
2. frame by frame
allows the user o perceive the near future as though they was looking at individual "frames" of animation, enabling them to see incoming attacks before they happen and dodge them accordingly, essentially granting the ultimate reflexes to avoid nearly any strike launched at him.
drawback and weakness: they can only see through their own preceptive and if they use it too much they get a major headache
