Skull Rock is a miniature island a half a mile away from Neverland. It's in the shape of a skull and is hollow on the inside. No one enters here except for Peter Pan, his 2nd in command, and his shadow. The rock is protected by a spell that prevents others from entering it. Inside is a large hourglass, filled with glowing sand that represents how much magic Neverland has. The more the sand flows to the bottom, the more magic it's using up.
