Mermaid cove is a small cove in the north part of Neverland by Peter Pan's camp. This is where the mermaids live and hand out, and is always infested with barracuda, sharks, lion fish, and other tropical fish. At night it becomes a dangerous part of the island because mermaids are flesh eaters, and will drown anyone who goes near their.

Denver -writes poems drinks wine- | 62 comments Nahla sat in her typical perch, atop the highest rock in the center of the beautiful lagoon. Her peach-coloured tail was splayed out, the scales warm from the suns rays. The head of the mermaids lay with her eyes closed, perfectly content and relaxed for the moment (and it was often only for a moment, as she was always being distracted by one thing or another). She could hear the soft murmur of the girls around her, gossiping over the lost boys, discussing tactics for luring pirates, the usual speak when it came to mermaids.

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 46 comments June swam under uplifted rocks, the sound of the waterfall pouring into the ocean pounding her ears. Flecks of silver passed through her vision, a millisecond afterwards June raced after it. Her tail pumped through the water, bubbles streaming off her skin. She kept her arms at her side and bared her fangs as she zoomed in on the prey.

She emerged from the water, bloody jackfish in her jaws, and heaved herself next to Nahla, her tail slapping the rocks. "Hello darling." She ripped the head off the fish and chewed. "So lovely to see you."

Denver -writes poems drinks wine- | 62 comments Nahla opened one of her eyes, just a slit, and smiled. "Hello June, how are you?" while she had been able to recognize the mermaid simply by the sound of her voice, she liked to see her sisters as well. "Nice catch." She propped herself up on her elbows and brushed her brilliantly red hair away from her eyes. She glanced along the shoreline, looking for sines of movement. As much as she couldnt help it, whenever she opened her eyes she searched for signs of..him. Pan. She couldnt help it. He was her oldest, closest friend around here.

✖ Qᴜᴇᴇɴ ✖ (notonguewithbutt) ((I'm bringing Pan here, I can't resist! XD Plus, no one's rping at the thread))

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 46 comments ((Alrighty, feel free to join in))

As Nahla turned towards the shore, the corners of June's mouth quirked upwards. Not in a smile. June did not smile. But in a nasty smirk. She couldn't be as nasty as she was to the other girls; Nahla was the head mermaid. Hmph. Whatever that meant. June could be the head mermaid if she pleased. She practically owned the other girls. "Waiting for something?" She batted her eyelashes. "Is it Peter? My, you're going to have fend off have our sisters to even have a conversation with him." She giggled.

Peter was dead silent, his gait even, leaving bloody footprints in his wake. The blood rain had coated him in thick red blood, turning him into a walking red crayon. What he had been attempting was something clearly beyond his current power limits. Shame. Pan would simply have to kill a few fairys, absorb their powers, and then he would be strong enough.

Peter made a mental note to get Felix, his 2nd in command, on top of that. Having other people do his dirty work was so much easier and guilt free. His cold eyes landed on the water below him, and he whistled loudly, trying to catch the attention of his red head friend and the mermaid beside her. "Fish Girl" he shouted with a sick grin and stepped off the side of the cliff, plummeting towards the water.

Before he could hit the water, he was floating, inches above the cool blue water, disgust in his eyes for such a beautiful sight. Nature and beauty was not his favorite things. Of course it was expected that a vilian like him would be unable to see any beauty in the world. His sister always saw the beauty in stupid shit like this.

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 46 comments "Speak of the devil..." June said snidely, examining her nails as Peter Pan descended from the heavens....covered in blood.

✖ Qᴜᴇᴇɴ ✖ (notonguewithbutt) ((Just for future ref. you cannot have one liners. Please check the rules as it states how much is required, considering this is an andvaced/semi-advanced rp.))

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 46 comments ((I know... I was just adding onto what she said earlier. Normally doesn't happen. Sorry.))

✖ Qᴜᴇᴇɴ ✖ (notonguewithbutt) ((Oh, alright ^^))

Denver -writes poems drinks wine- | 62 comments Nahla flicked June a glance. "They know better than to touch claimed prey," she said with a smirk and a flick of her hair over her shoulder. "I have a name, Pan!" she called out as she turned back to face the leader of the lost boys. Gracefully, she flipped off the rocks and dove into the water, surfacing near by where he was floating. "What brings you here today?" she asked with a tilt of her head

✖ Qᴜᴇᴇɴ ✖ (notonguewithbutt) Pan hear Nahlas little 'claimed prey' comment and the thought of her- this half human half fish- actually thinking she had any control of him sent annoyance and ignorance spiraling through his veins. "June right?" He called out to the other mermaid, ignoring Nahla. his cold eyes landed on nixies face before a slow trace of a smirk crossed his mouth. "I'm here to speak to her, not you" Pans ways of flirting could sometimes be quiet horrid- many times before had a girl killed herself over his little games. "Quick question though, have you seen Tink anywhere? I need something from her" he muttered.

Denver -writes poems drinks wine- | 62 comments "Perhaps I have, perhaps I haven't," Nahla replied with a glare of distaste, her eyes flicking over to June and giving her a warning glance. As powerful as June was, and as highly as she seemed to think of herself, even she knew not to mess with Nahla, or question her position of authority. "She's been around, but I don't just doll information out for free." She swam lazily over to the sunning rocks and leaned against them, the warmth instantly soaking into her tan skin.

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 46 comments "Oh my, bitter, are we?" June smirked at the head mermaid and somehow gracefully ate the rest of the fish. She was playing a dangerous game, but hey, what's the point of playing if the stakes weren't high? With that last thought, she dove from the rocks and sank under the water, only to resurface below Peter with a sparkle in her green eyes. "What did you wish to speak to me about, dreary?" She asked Peter. Of course she had no idea of his origins, or what he d

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 46 comments ((Sorry, cut off))

To deserve his fearsome reputation, but June hardly cared for any of that. As long as he wasn't involved in mermaid affairs, he was harmless.

✖ Qᴜᴇᴇɴ ✖ (notonguewithbutt) "I require...assistance" he waved his hands around in an elegant gesture before continueing to speak. With another elegant wave of his hand, Junes tongue vanished from her mouth, appearing in his hand. Ah, you had to leave magic. "You will listen, or you'll be mute for the rest of your dreary and meaningless lifespan" he tossed the severed tongue high into the air before catching it, amusement gleaming in his gorgeous green eyes. "I require a sacrifice of a magical being, either 3 fairies or 1 mermaid. I suppose I had a change of heart and decided one death was better than 3. So now to the fun part- you have 10 days to find me a sacrifice or you'll both be banished from Neverland and sent to the land without magic." he kept his grip right on the tongue, cocking his head to the side. "If you can't find a willing or un willing sacrifice in that time period, then I'll just have to kill you instead" Pan flashed his pearly whites and what appeared to be a smile. He got to his feet, out stretching his closed hand towards June, awaiting her to take her tongue back.

✖ Qᴜᴇᴇɴ ✖ (notonguewithbutt) "Fine, I guess I'll just leave. I might just take your little fish with me" his eyes flickered over Junes approaching form and scoffed. "Your beauty outshines hers though. I guess I have a thing for red head" he mocked, an air of boredom to his tone. But Pan followed after his close 'friend', his feet resting against the sunning rocks as he slowly took a seat on the warm sun covered surface. "C'mon Nixie Pixie, don't make this game. You know I always win" he warned, all playfullness leaving his eyes. The number one rule in Neverland? Never play games with someone who can play better.

"anyones, my reasons for visiting are simple. I require an innocent life. At first I considered my sisters, but that's dark, even for me. Then I considered mermaids, but your all damned souls, I mean for christs sake, you eat human flesh. Monstrous that is. So then I considered fairies, and realized that was the perfect choice considering fairies were usually innocent and pure of heart." he droned on before getting to his feet.

"Getting to the main point, I need assistance with catching a fairy. Tink knows my plan, and our 'friendship' isn't strong enough for her to willingly hand over one of her own" he finished and cocked his head to the side once more.

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 46 comments Pissed off at the boy and herself for allowing herself to practically beg for her tongue back, June stuck out her hand and put on what she thought was a good natured expression (which made her eyes twitch). She had no issue coming up with a sacrifice for the boy; she hated her sisters anyways. There was no loyalty in that area. But fairies? Oh no. She was not about to deal with that. Let "Nixie Pixie" handle her little crush's threat alone.

Denver -writes poems drinks wine- | 62 comments Nahla raised an eyebrow, "You expect us to find two fairies for you?" She asked, her words a rather obvious order for June to remain put and hear him out. While she doubted even Pan could banish her (not to mention, face the wrath of her...mother), she didn't enjoy the idea of one of her own being killed. "How exactly will we be getting about on land?" she held her tail out of the water for but a moment, simply for emphasis, "Not to mention, Juney over here is hardly what I would call 'innocent,'" she rolled her eyes, a giggle slipping from her lips. While she often did her best not to insult her own kind, sometimes she simply couldn't help it.

✖ Qᴜᴇᴇɴ ✖ (notonguewithbutt) "Yes, I expect you to find two fairies for me considering I'm letting you live in my home. Remember your place, I'm much older than I appear" he warned. True, the mother of all mermaids had been around long before him, but Neverland had started as a dream world, halfway real and halfway just a dream. Pan was the first to live here, inviting all other creatures to live here amongst him. So, in factuality, to a certain degree, Pan could, at least in his opinion, kick out whoever he wanted. He had done that to Wendy plenty of times. Stupid slut was dead now, but it wasn't his fault he loved her. Well technically it was, but- Danm thoughts are gonna kill me Pan thought harshly, interupting his own though process. The young mermaid's arrogance pissed Pan off. No one got away with talking to him in such a manner, not fearing him was a vital mistake she would soon regret. "I'll give you legs" he stated as if it was obvious, before floating up into the air briefly. "When their dry you remain human, get them wet with salt water and you turn back into a helpless salmon. It's pretty simple"

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 46 comments ((Wait, is that true? The whole Neverland thing, I mean.i don't watch Once Upon A Tome so I'm pretty lost))

At Nahla's remark, June shrugged then playfully slapped water at her. Then she again motioned for her tongue back during his rant, and continued to do so for two minutes. This psychotic little boy thinks he's the king of the universe... But at the mention of becoming human, she stopped. The chances of her avenging her sister were high if she were able to walk on land. At last, she could kill the boy. The mere thought of doing so made her dizzy with joy.

Denver -writes poems drinks wine- | 62 comments A flare of anger rose within Nahla for but a fleeting moment, and the water around her bubbled angrily, as if it were boiling. "And since you are so old and wise, far wiser than I," she quipped, "You must know of course that it is against mere-law for us to step foot on land," she smoothed out her red hair gently with one hand, water dripping off her fingertips and mingling with her bloody-red locks. She glanced over at him momentarily, letting her eyes lie on his smooth face for only a second, before looking away. It was terrible really, the way the two of them treated each other, or so she thought. There was a time, at least a hundred years ago, when he was slightly nicer to her than this. Unfortunately, those times appeared to be behind them. With a smooth flick of her hand, she sent some water in return towards June.

✖ Qᴜᴇᴇɴ ✖ (notonguewithbutt) "Nahla." He said simply, his eyes pleading with her eyes, a truly rare sight indeed. "Stop making excuses." He said after a moment, can't badgering something. He gently dropped the tongue back into June's hand. "And you, you'll do it? It's not like you wony be gettin anything out of this. We both know what-" he was interrupted by Nahlas surge of anger. "Laws are meant to be broken, are they not?" He jumped up into the air, catching a gust of wind and hovering. "Think about it, sleep on it, do whatever you mermaids do when thinking. But be warned, I mean my threats. If you don't help I will take a life, I don't care if it's mermaid or not, innocent or not. Peter Pan always wins" with that grand exit speech, he flew off, searching with anger. Pan didn't always like murdering mermaids, for the task was difficult to say the least. Strong, fast, and dangerous they were not to be messed with. So killing one of them would be a vigorice task.

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 46 comments June placed the tongue in her mouth and waited for it to form naturally again by magic or whatever. All the while she glared at Nahla. "Control your mancrush, honey." She finally said, finally able to express her rage. "What a little twerp. I swear next time he so much as breaths near the cove I will rip his femur straight out of his leg." She heaved herself on the rocks and slammed her fin as loud as she could. "The nerve. If he's so high and mighty he can handle his own sacrifices." She brushed her hair out of her face. "Why, I'm a busy girl. I have things to do." She ranted, placing a webbed hand in her chest. "How are you going to handle this situation, Nahla?"

Denver -writes poems drinks wine- | 62 comments "How are we going to handle this would be the proper thing to say, June," Nahla corrected. It was June that Pan seemed to want as a sacrifice if none of his plan worked out. "You seem to be the one he instructed to find those fairies...but I was the only one with a working tongue at the time of his stupid little instructions," her brow furrowed with annoyance and she pulled herself back upon the rocks. "You know as well as I how enticing the idea of legs are..." she hissed softly. Her integrity was at war with the seductive idea of moving on land.

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 46 comments ((Why am I already digging the relationship between the two? XD))

Anger flashed in June's eyes, but for only a second. "Yes...we." She grounded her sharp teeth together, then took a deep breath, her expression transforming when the head mermaid mentioned legs. "Then why don't we go on land?" She attached lazily on the rocks, feeling the warmth of the sun on her scales. "We don't have much time, after all. And Pan did say Tinkerbell was already aware of his plan. It isn't as if the fairies would come to us. To go on land would to be a selfless act. We would be saving one of our own." Honestly, June was just saying what she needed to say to convince the goody goody to sacrifice her silly values. Integrity. The nerve.

Denver -writes poems drinks wine- | 62 comments Her last sentence seemed to trigger something within Nahla. She was incredibly protective of her sisters, of all of her kind. "The fairies are no family to us," she replied, the gears in her head already running wildly, "I'm sure it wouldnt be hard for us to find three fairies. We could do it easily and be back before anyone even noticed we were gone..." she mused, tapping a pointy nail against her red lips, "is it really breaking the rules if we're not caught?" she looked over at June and winked.

Denver -writes poems drinks wine- | 62 comments ((do you mean between June and Nahla or Nahla and Pan? lol))

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 46 comments ((June and Nahla so far XD))

A smirk twisted on June's plump lips as she listened to the head mermaid think. "Deary, I could not have said it better myself." She nodded, resting her head on her webbed hand. "We might as well hop to it. We only have ten days, correct?" With that, she slithered off the rocks and into the water, waves spraying behind her. A few second later she popped up in front of Nahla, inches from her face, treading water. "We're burning daylight. Let's go."

Denver -writes poems drinks wine- | 62 comments Nahla rolled her eyes at the mermaid's bossiness. Who was she to order her around ? Yet, she had a point. Plus...the more time on the land, the more chance she had to see Pan. She was infuriated with herself with being so caught up with the boy. She simply couldnt help it, after living in one another's company for so long...the feelings simply bloomed. "So..." Nahla paused, "we just...swin on up there and hope our fins turn to feet?"

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 46 comments June sighed and glanced at her sharpened nails. "Mr. High and Mighty said that when our fins dry they'll turn into legs. Once they hit saltwater we become our lovely selves again. My, your attention span is almost nonexistent, isn't it!" The mermaid sneered, then dove under the water, speeding towards land, her muscles rippling under the clear blue water.

Denver -writes poems drinks wine- | 62 comments Nahla glared at her, water bubbling around her mimicking her mood. But, she frankly didn't care that much about June's harsh words. She was still the Head of the Mermaids here. Slowly, lazily, she swam towards shore, studying the beach infront of them. She couldn't imagine what it would be like, walking. And what would she wear? She couldn't even begin to imagine the problems if they were to get caught.

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 46 comments June swam above the reefs, an array of colorful fish darting out of her way. Her green eyes shined as the water grew warmer and the surface became closer. Currents of water rolled off of her tail, the underwater view of waves crashing onto the beach was in sight. She giggled with excitement. With one last powerful stroke of her tail, she launched herself onto the beach, sand scraping her bare stomach.

Denver -writes poems drinks wine- | 62 comments Nahla threw herself likewise on the hot sand, glancing behind them in search of perhaps anyone who had seen them and followed. "Well, it appears we're in the clear," she said, a smile beginning to spread over her lips, "We best get moving so we can save your scales, Juney." She continued to push her powerful body up the sand. She hadn't even begun to question how this would truly work. What would they do for clothes? The lovely Lost Boys and not-as-enjoyable Lost Girls always wore shambly clothing. Would she be able to walk right away? Or would she be like a newborn deer, all legs, all gangly, falling down?

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 46 comments June tried smiling and coming up with an unnecessary rude remark, but was caught up in the frustration of trying to get herself completely on dry land. She struggled, slapping her tail against the surface of the water. Little by little, scales began to fall off her tail. Her strange green eyes brightened, a new rush of motivation filling her. "I suppose we could visit the locals and pilage a village or two for clothes..." She said causally, inching away from the salt water.

Denver -writes poems drinks wine- | 62 comments Nahla smiled softly, "Yea, that would probably be a rather good idea. After all, two beauties such as we are gallivanting around the island stark naked probably isn't the most...conspicuous way to go about things," she smirked, eyebrows wiggling up and down. She continued to scoot higher up on the sand, her fins beginning to melt away. It was a very odd sensation, though not painful at all.

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 46 comments "I'm sure whoever sees me wouldn't mind. I-we," She corrected herself, "Are in fact perfection itself." June allowed herself to smile at Nahla's foolishness for one second before exclaiming in wonder at her tail disappearing. Like a child, she clapped her now non-webbed hands together as the bones rearranged themselves into human legs. "Now I can kill that Lost boy for sure!" She giggled madly, tucking her knees in then trying to lift herself from the sand.

Denver -writes poems drinks wine- | 62 comments Nahla rolled her eyes. It was naive of June to think anyone could touch Pan. She'd seen it tried so many times, and none had ended well for anyone aside from the boy himself. She did watch herself in amazement as her tail transformed into toes. Human toes. She wiggled her little feet, feeling the muscles move in a way she had never before experienced. It was...incredible.

Puddingtalk (Marie) (puddingtalk) | 46 comments Annnd she face planted immediately, sand filling her mouth. She gasped, spewing out sand and spit, rubbing her tongue to rid of the dryness. "Ugh." She tried again, this time with more grace so if she fell once more, it would not look as bad-
The mermaid screamed in frustration as she fell once more.

((Does anyone have a fairy? Maybe we can include them in the plot. Idk. *shrugs*))
