Just think of Europa as A-H, Botformin as Serbia, Luxentania as Russia, Newcestonia as Germany and Harhamland as France

also, for the princesses for europa, what should we put for their history and family? Since I would assume there needs to be a common thread between all of that family?

You could just put a moment in their life, since then you don't need to worry about connecting historys.
