What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

ok so i read this book about four or five years ago and it was about this girl who was in high school, probably a junior or a senior and she killed everything she touched. she lived just with her mom and she maybe had a little sister or her little sister was the one she once accidentally killed, but she might have accidentally killed her cat and not her sister (but i dont think so). i have no idea what's up with her dad but her mom kinda neglects her or just works a lot to maybe or maybe not to escape her. then im pretty sure she meets this boy and well the rest is pretty self explanatory. THANK YOU and sorry if this was too confusing! :))
