omg I honestly hope not, I really don't want to have another series ruined because of the movie/tv series adaptation

Tbh I hope so. TID done correctly on a screen? Yes please. If Cassie is more involved than she was with the other adaptations, than I think it can work. Especially since it’s such a beloved series and she’s literally an expert at that era being with her years of research, it could go well.

I'm sorry but I honestly hate all the Shadowhunters adaptations, I hate all the people that when I tell them my fav books are Shadowhunters they go "oh yeah I saw the movie, nice!"
NO JEREMY THE MOVIE WAS NOT "NICE" IT WAS RUBBISH, THE BOOKS ON THE OTHER HAND ARE MASTERPIECES.

It's so far away but I'm so happy we actually have a date to look forward to

I saw the email! I'm glad that since the publication date has been postponed so many times, we have a final decision for the publication date! But it's all the way in 2023...
