You'll need to contact GR staff. Librarians are volunteers and have no control over the claiming of author profiles.Contact staff through this form:

Hi,
I submitted a claim for my author profile on 11th April and haven't heard anything back as yet.
Can someone let me know if there is anything else I need to do to link it to my Goodreads account?
If it helps I can share copy of emails with the editor of the anthology.
