I've never read the book but most people don't like her!

Oh haha! Yep, she’s a bit of a damsel in distress until...well until she stops being a damsel in distress and fights for those she loves.

I'm not a huge fan of how obsessively in love with Edward she is but I don't mind Bella as a character. I just feel like her love with Edward goes a little too far as she seems to not even care about her friends or her family much because of her attraction to him. Her clumsiness and awkwardness though is so relatable and funny so I like that part of her. I've only read the first two books but I've seen a spoiler of what happens to her in the final book and I'm really curious to see how she changes because of that event. (I don't know if I'm allowed to post spoilers here so sorry for being so vague)

I personally think a piece of cardboard has more personality than Bella. Don't call me a Twilight hater but......I kinda am. I am zero issues if you like it though. It's just I didn't like the book.

Fun fact; I named my rooster after Edward! Why? Not because I like Edward Cullen but because he has golden eyes, is very beautiful, and his feathers sparkle in the sun! (And he's a little bit of a hot mess)

I totally get your opinion! No offense taken. But haha, you have a rooster named Edward! I have a fish that I named after one of my book characters. Sadly, she died...😭🥺 (The fish, I mean. My character is thriving and awesome!)

Animal deaths are super sad :( But my sister reads those four books obsessively and I've taken it on myself to give her better books. She ADORES Bella. Personally, she just seems like a cry-baby to me (Bella not my sister)

She’s okay as a character and her personality doesn’t seem that boring (I’ve seen worse) but the whole Edward thing bothers me.

She's too naive and just- obnoxious. I dislike Stephanie Meyer's writing style honestly and couldn't get fully into the books, but I absolutely loved the movies. <3

I don’t like Bella very much. I honestly think she’s pretty annoying. She way she thinks about Edward, how obsessed she is with him when she is only like18. I think that’s unrealistic, like are you really ready to give up your life and family for one person when you are so young? I mean, what if it turns out they wasn’t meant to be?
