Dan | 256 comments John Steinbeck has written a novel (1930) featuring our hero, but his evil estate won't allow it to be published. If and when it some day is, you can bet we'll read it here.

Gerd | 11 comments Yep, that sure would be a Steinbeck I'd like to read.
I'm surprised his estate didn't already capitalize on it.

Dan | 256 comments Money vs. perception of your ancestor's wishes. Can't think of a case where the latter ever won before.

Wayne Turmel (wayneturmel) | 18 comments I wrote this blog post about it.... http://wayneturmel.com/john-steinbeck... Steinbeck was still trying to find his voice, and like a lot of us tried a lot of genres before he found his groove. When people ask why I wrote a "silly " werewolf book after all my nonfiction and historical fiction, now I can say at least I"m in good company
