I have just finished chapter 2. It is interesting to see what the two main characters are dealing with, Nimh as a living goddess and North as a prince. Looking forward to when they meet.

I'm about 1/2 done, and it's really interesting! It was being described as a book that was a lot like a Miyazaki film, and it does feel that way.

Okay I have just finished chapter 21. (view spoiler)[When Quenti is holding North's hand he is talking about the past. Is he confusing North for that other person who fell from the sky? Probably not, but hopefully more will be revealed about Jezara and what happened for her to lose divinity. Quenti is definitely confusing him for whoever Jezara touched, I think. (hide spoiler)]

Having finished the book, I think I can safely say he is not confusion North for anyone else, he really thinks bad things will happen because of North. No spoilers! But I don't think he saw the other person who fell from the sky.

I finally finished the book. I liked it overall and will likely read the second book.

(view spoiler)[I think the person who fell and is Inshara's dad is Talamar, but if it is someone else I won't be mad at that. I think he is the one who sabotaged North, so she could get to Alciel. I definitely want more details about the past in the next book. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[I think you're right. He's mad about the fact he couldn't be part of the royals, and is quietly trying to get his other kid up there to challenge North! Who else could it be? He would be the right age. Do you think Nimh is dead, or just unconscious? (hide spoiler)]
