I loved that one, too!

Heather (h-town) | 37 comments The Safe Place by Anna Downes An au pair opportunity with a really creepy, odd family. Why would you even?!
The Last Flight by Julie Clark Outsmarting rotten, emotional psychopathic husbands.
One by One by Ruth Ware Ruth Ware is a recent favorite. I'm working my way through all of her novels.
The Chain by Adrian McKinty I pulled this off the Reader's Choice for 2020. Don't mess with moms.

My favorite Ruth Ware so far is The Death of Mrs. Westaway. I tend to read anything by her and Lisa Jewell without even looking at the synopsis.

I read a future Reader's Choice book, "The Wife and the Widow" by Christian White. It had lots of plot twists I never saw coming.
