It’s Pioneers vs. Cannibals When the Donner Party Comes to Dinner!

For months, I’ve been stuck in the High Sierras, snowed in and trapped. Supplies were gone weeks ago. Last month, we decided to eat Ned’s dog. Two weeks ago, his horse. We’re starving now and, if I’m perfectly honest, Ned is starting to look pretty tasty…

Donner Dinner Party Reading Game

Who's safe when there are cannibals hiding among you? That's the question at the Donner Dinner Reading Game in which cannibals and pioneers face off in a fight for survival. Set in the winter of 1846, players are members of the ill-fated Donner Party wagon train, stranded atop a mountain with no food. Who will avoid becoming tonight's dinner and make it off the mountain alive? And who are the suspicious scoundrels hungry for human flesh?

In more detail, there will be two groups, each starting out the 87 Party Members, the readers are either pioneers or cannibals. Each reader will try to help out their party members.....or take a little bite from the members of the other party. In the end, we want to see which Party has the most members left after 5 weeks!
